She has now bought many of their vinyls. Wish you could replicate your performance in New Zealand. Thank you again for sharing your concert.
Just downloaded and so looking forward to watching. The stuff i have heard so far is awesome. You guys have really put together a beautiful tribute to our heroes. I have actually been moved at times with what i have seen so far. Many congratulations to you all! xx Ps Clockwork Creep is just off the scale..brilliant! :-)
So pleased to have been there on the first night of this super ambitious and ultra audacious event! "Une Nuit a Paris"...completely off the wackiness scale and "Right Between The Eyes"..indeed it was! A fantastic performance by the band and brilliantly captured too. This is an outstanding tribute concert which surely won't be bettered in this lifetime.

Jesus, guys. When l stop being speechless l hope to be able to talk about this after watching it 3 times. Just incredible, to start!! First thing l can say is how much l love 5 O' Clock, and Under Your Thumb. I didn't care for G & C's original arrangement very much. The arrangement by you guys is brilliant- good job finding the terrific song that was hidden in there! It really sounds like it would have if 10cc had stayed together and done it later on. I can't come up with much than "great" right now....more later! (Hey Sean, l can see you during 5 O' Clock, thinking "this is working!"). And you were right! And damn, Paul, you have quite the voice! And the young man in the Creme shirt is something else...! My God, this is so wonderful.

The work that went into this was amazing. I so wish I could have been there, but at least a little bit of my voice was😂. Sincere congratulations to everyone involved...
Hello Sean and Paul, I was finally able to enjoy in it’s entirety your wonderful “50cc” concert. I’ve been here since the start of your “Consequences” podcast. But I never expected this spectacular and loving tribute to 10CC and Godley and Crème. Everyone deserves enormous applause and recognition for this outstanding, thrilling and highly capable effort. I’m not going to list ‘favorite” parts because I was dazzled and astonished at every turn. I will say you almost had me shedding a tear with “Lost Weekend”. (I saved that for “Old Wild Men”). You conquered “Une Nuit A Paris” and “I’m Not In Love” for crying out loud! For that alone I stand in total awe. I just want to personally thank you for this amazing collection of music performed with the utmost care, love, respect and professionalism. You brought a huge smile to this ol’ fanatic’s face. I hope at least one of “the boys” gets to hear at least a portion of this performance. By the boys I mean Godley, Crème, Stewart and Gouldman. What an incredible accomplishment. BRAVO! Sincerely, Michael Ferreri
Thank you 'Slaphead'. It hardly seems appropriate to use that moniker when thanking someone for such a wonderful testimonial - but that's what it says so...;) You will be pleased to hear the Lol kindly praised our efforts. (Appreciative words from Lol really count since he doesn't say much in public). Also very heartwarming was that Graham elsewhere praised our version of 5 O'Clock In The Morning. It was very generous of him to say good things about this centerpiece of Kev and Lol's Consequences that of course broke his (Graham's) beloved band up! So we were well chuffed. Thanks again
Wow, thank you Michael, you emotional old fool! ;- ) We're so pleased that you and so many people have responded like this. It was an honour and a pleasure to put this concert on, even if it almost killed us! Are you OK if we quote you on our website? Thank you, Sean.
I wish I'd known about this. I would definitely have been there. My best friend was one of the few people who bought Consequences when it came out. I borrowed it and recorded it (sorry boys, I couldn't afford it). Since then, it has been one of my favourite albums. It has provided my friend and me with endless fun, mainly because of Peter Cook's contribution, admittedly, though the music is wonderful, especially Lost Weekend, with Sarah Vaughan. I bought all 10cc's albums when they came out, up to Bloody Tourists, which was deeply disappointing. The first three were the best, in my opinion. Godley and Creme were the more interesting songwriters and their post 10cc albums all contained great tracks. Gouldman and Stewart were both good but much less interesting. I'm about an hour into this video and I'm loving it. Absolutely brilliant.
I've watched the whole thing now. I agree that Sheet Music is the best 10cc album, but you didn't play the best song from it - Somewhere In Hollywood. It is a difficult one though. I'd have liked to have heard Fresh Air For My Mama from the first album as well. Actually, more 10cc rather than Graham Gouldman, would have been better. However, this was a great concert. I really enjoyed it. Special mention must go to Eric Baumgartner, who was utterly brilliant. I've just looked him up. No wonder he was so good.
Thanks so much for your critique. We *so* wanted to play Hollywood and Fresh Air, and they were on the list until the 11th hour. But we ended up with just too many songs! We really wanted to shine some light on some of the less well known parts of their career (eg. Graham's work in the 60s and with Wax). We planned to have a non-10cc Eric Stewart tune too, but again we ran out of road! So glad you enjoyed our efforts. Best, Sean.
Just listening to the Consequences Podcast episode about How Dare You and you discuss how Lol Crème co-wrote I’m Mandy Fly Me. The album artwork credited Lol as the co-writer but the single credited Kevin. I went to see 10cc in Glasgow in 1980 then a few of us hung around afterwards and I was lucky to get a couple of minutes chatting to Eric Stewart so I asked him about this discrepancy and he said Kevin Godley ‘helped write a couple of words’.
Mm... I'm not sure how true that is, but who knows? KG was definitely the correct official credit. I believe he took the lyrics in a more mystical direction... I personally think both K and L's contribution to that track was immense. A 4-way credit split might have been more accurate?
Your right - much of this show isn’t 10cc. Rather It’s a celebration of the music of all four band members including their solo and collaboration work before and after - not just the 10cc years!
Superb..so good to see this level of dedication to one of the greatest bands ever. Just a minor gripe, the lyric change on " second sitting.." ...I know these are delicate times, but it'd be great to hear it how it was written! Might be just me, I know.
