I love this song. Relate to it all too well. Were it not for one nephew, both sons and a grandson with computer degrees, I’d have been dead a long time ago 😳💀🤣🤣🤣🤣
There's a clip on RUclips floating about from Good Morning America where Joe was there to promote this album. In the obligatory banter between Robin Roberts and Joe, he was asked what brought about this new album. His reply was that he showed all the bits and pieces to his wife and she said that's all good stuff, you need to do something with it, by the way here's Jeff Lynne's phone number... How SHE had it, I'll never know, but I'm glad she did
Joe Walsh was gifted with so much talent , all you have to do is listen to everything he has done over his life. He had a drinking problem but Jesus cured him and he is better than ever from a musicians stand point. The best part about Joe is he gives back to the people who worked with him to get him sober. His mind exudes kindness and humility if you have ever heard how he talks about his sobriety and I am personally glad he is now married, happy and still rocking out.
Let Mr Joe Walsh play his guitar. Joe has been a ham radio operator for a polite man. Let the sleeping Doggies have peace. John Lennon once wrote i am a walrus. Speaken zie Dueschth. Guten Nachet. I am a ham as well.
I wish that more kids like me could appreciate how amazing this sort of music is, most of my friends listen to noise put together by computers. I'm glad that I'm 13 and have this taste in music. Joe Walsh is amazing, Love this song!!
I love you Foxy Grace !!! Keep your ears open to whatever moves you, and you will become immortal one day (Just like Joe). You are truly a Gem among pebbles... ♫♫ ♥❀(~‿~)❀♥ ♫♫
I heard this the other day for the first time on my digital radio. Great tune! I was born in the 80's but I can still relate. LP's were still apart of the household Tupperware collection, though it wasn't my geared medium. I used to record songs from the radio station on a cassette and thought I was so cool when I would sport out my bulky yellow walk-man. I would sit there hours on end waiting for the songs I liked. Good times.
I love Joe and his craziness!!! It comes out in his music, and it's terrific! One very amazing guitar player/singer/songwriter/artist! One of a few that will live on in this world thru his music :-) I bet in another 100 yrs people will still be listening to his music.
Michael Bauers Yeah however this will never be ON THE AIR SAD BUT TRUE.. I OPERATE A 1OO WATT PIRATE FM RADIO STATION.. I PLAY IT AND I PLAY I LIKE BIG TITS.. LOLOL
Joe it is GREAT to have you back, awesome to see Jeff performing too! We missed you! Old Dudes Rock ( I am one too so I can say that!) Please tour and come to Florida!!
I grew up with Joe's music, it brings me back to my BMX racing days during practice they would play Joe's music on the PA. Then high school...his music is very much the American - the Red - the White - the Blue..Thank you Joe Walsh!
Thank You "Joe" & all the band members, etc. for coming to Esquimalt BC (Victoria BC Canada) on August 28th, 2012. What an incredibly awesome concert !!!!!! Had my "Rabbit Ears" with me for your song. Thank You for being our "Analog Man" !!!! We Love You Joe !!! ... 'AnalogAnnie' ...
I'm so back into the 70's music right now! Forget the 90's and the 80's (when I was in my 20's). 70's rule! 00's and today, I'm not even talking about this crap. And Joe Walsh looks and sounds fantastic! I wish I looked like him, and I'm only in my 40's. Great music, real music!
Joe Walsh is the man.Saw Joe Walsh @Music feast in Bethlehem a few yrs. back.Been to many concerts of the best musicians of my time,I got a say Joe Walsh brought the house down.Incredible energy.I hope to see him again sometimeGod Bless you Joe Walsh!
Sounds like his voice never aged at all...exactly sounded the same as with my downloaded song of his, "Life's been good". I love Joe Walsh, this guy is one the greatest and in top of my list of top 20 or top 40 greatest guitar heroes...
With Jeff Lynne producing, you know this album is going to be a hot. And Joe is still the Number #1 Rocker. On my way out the door to pick this CD up now. Thanks Joe !!
Joe Walsh represents down to earth rock and roll at its best and was good music to get stoned to in the 70s great feelings never go away love you for ever!
A New classic by a classy performer. With One Day at a Time, he likely helped prevent me from drinking myself to death. I am truly grateful to this guy! This new stuff is GREAT!
Something about four guitars (yes, one's a bass) and two drum sets that narrows the texture but emphasizes a deep, lifelong commitment to rock and roll.
Society is deteriorating.. Joe's rock keeps movin' along though! This is stuff he used to write when I was as kid back in 1977. I can still remember riding in the back of a Ford truck to our little league football games with "Life's been good to me so far" blaring out the front. Joe is a musician that I feel as though I've grown up with. Glad to see that he's still appreciated as a musician. He's been through a lot over the years! Joe.. You've always got my respect!!
If you listen closely to the lyrics it explains what is wrong with the younger generation and why technology can be a bad thing . Bought this new CD " Analog Man " and the songs are really growing on me . Glad to see Joe Walsh is back and GREAT as ever !
Just saw Joe Walsh at the Troubadour Live. And have seen the video, it is awesome, Joe Wash is awesome and more so since he got sober from alcohol and drugs We sat about 1/4 way back it sounds alot better if your further back i think. I have been to 6 Joe Walsh concerts across the U.S. I have been an Eagles fan since the 70's and love Joe Walsh even more after he left the Eagles.
Joe -- the race we made across Arizona was 100% worth it to catch the Scottsdale show. Thanks for the awesome song, awesome vid, and still gettin' out there and doing it. I have a feeling the best is yet to come!
Wow - I listened to the album track, then this live video was next in queue and it floored me how much better it is. The pace is better, and the playing is more natural and tighter at the same time. It's like someone opened up a can of music.
Im putting this comment under my daughter name.. since I cant figure out how to do it myself! LOL ... Joe Walsh is still one of the most honest rockers .. love him and his music! Great song.. going out to buy the CD ~ Dawn
Awesome. He has has not lost his wit, he is sounding the best he ever has. He is honest about his addiction issues, He has Henley, Fry, and Felder to thank for being in his face Honest, and he admits it. 18 years sober, and doing great.
One of the survivors..have deep respect for the guy who 'just went to rehab to wash his socks'. Thanks, Joe, for expressing what we are trying to get across. The line about the 'children are what they see'..whew!
Joe Walsh is so Awesome I respect him so much for his change in life we are so grateful for Joe Walsh and his music my 1st album was Joe Walsh that album is AMAZING SO WHAT
JW is such a phenomenal guitarist and a funny guy, he's one of the reasons why I've picked up a guitar and learn to play. And my inspiration ever since the first time I heard that classic Hotel Cali guitar solo.
I'm an analog man FOREVER. Music has been hell for 35 years now. We gotta go back.
This is absolutely the best version of this song. Love to watch the other guitarists including Jeff Lynne as Joe performs the solo's. Love it.
I love this song. Relate to it all too well. Were it not for one nephew, both sons and a grandson with computer degrees, I’d have been dead a long time ago 😳💀🤣🤣🤣🤣

Jeff Lynne and Joe walsh. 2 great singer song writers at their finest. Never thought they would ever collaborate to make an album together.
Joe Walsh is timeless, one of my guitar heroes since I was 10 years old listening to the James Gang and Funk #49 ...This guy stays true to his sound!
FINALLY SOME ONE SAID IT...........WHO ELSE THAN Joe Walsh
Joe Walsh was gifted with so much talent , all you have to do is listen to everything he has done over his life. I agree analogue man is so cool.
He's also an avid Amateur Radio Operator, call WB6ACU. Uses mostly the AM modes on HF.
I wish that more kids like me could appreciate how amazing this sort of music is, most of my friends listen to noise put together by computers. I'm glad that I'm 13 and have this taste in music. Joe Walsh is amazing, Love this song!!
Keep on believing, kiddo. That panhandler speaking voice of his has been no impediment to his progress.
I love you Foxy Grace !!! Keep your ears open to whatever moves you, and you will become immortal one day (Just like Joe).
You are truly a Gem among pebbles... ♫♫ ♥❀(~‿~)❀♥ ♫♫
