  • Since its inception in April 2016, the Aerocom System in St James's Hospital Dublin has been used hundreds of thousands of times. Here we look at the use of the Linear Coupler and the Carrier Return Unit.

    This video was really helpful to understand how Aerocom systems look and possible space requirements during installation. There's only so much you can learn from the 2D specs on the website. Thank you for sharing and keeping the video available.

    Royal Alex/Glenrose Hospital complex has a massive vacuum tube transport that has been in operation since the late 1960s. There are over 100 vacuum terminals scattered throughout 8 pavilions. Each capsule can handle upto 3 kg through 6 inch (155mm) tube.

      well if the carriers are covering a distance of 500 - 1000 meters, one way, try sending a porter 900 times!

    I was blown away by this video.........it made me understand how traditional parcel systems suck.
