I've only seen King's Row and Numbani so far, but it relieves me greatly that I'm not the only person who uses E and is going "Why the fuck are you over there? Get over here!" Very educational! Eager to watch the rest!
I feel like lifeweaver needs to have a damage boost that builds like morais energy, so he does a lot more damage but it requires charge of some kind. That way he can dp some damage and then heal a lot and retain the buff etc. Might make him more impactful when he does need to DPS and not punish as much for focusing on healing
PLayer lifeweaver reminds me of playing healer in FF14. It's just so much fun managing everyone's HP while trying to get damage in. Idk why this one feels that way to me but not the others.
I'm on Masters 2 for my LifeWeaver unranked to gm experience, managed to get there really quickly as well since I got a lot of great teammates who knew their roles and it worked well.
thanks for the tips on petal platforming i never thought to use it on turrets or on orisa herself when she ults i usually just lift myself which is less useful for the team
I use Lifeweaver differently than other people. I use him like Zen. I play where I can do healing and damage because his damage isn't too bad and is actually clutch. I heal people in team fights enough for them to survive then I can do damage back. My best game with this hero I had 7k damage and 16k heals. Also, great video
@@stillnotchill2560 Zen is better and is more valuable but it's the fact that I'm using the worst support and people underestimate him so much that when my team wins it feels so much better and rewarding

Especially watching that Numbani attack. Don’t think you’re in masters lobby. No one’s play was mater level, and it said unranked across the top of the numbani load in screen before the hero select screen.

I think a nice buff for life weaver would be giving him an increased damage to shields. Would be a new way to counter someone like monkey jumping into the back line and bubbling it off.
im all for dealing some damage when theres an oportunity but front lining as a healer is really not a good plan. im n00bish so this wont apply to everyone but i cant even take out squishies in a 1v1 reliably (for now) but from what i can tell its usually the tanks who are after me and thats just impossible most of the time even if youre ok with fighting most dps in a 1v1. it might seem "cowardly" but id rather stay in a safe place so i can keep people alive than get killed every 5 seconds and not be of any use
^^ you have a much easier time killing the horse on the spot if she is not constantly healed. Horse would have died a view times if it didn't get healed as much as you healed yours.
Yeah the way he is now is still unacceptable in my opinion. it's not possible to carry a game with damage like every other support because in the mean time your dps and tank just die. Healbot + grip every 16 seconds + platform nobody uses. They need to just accept they designed terribly and just make it to like moira and kiriko and have both hands show up on your screen and be able to interweave damage and heals fluidly
Or you can accept that he's designed perfectly fine and the other supports are pretty busted? I have no problem doing damage on him as I off angle team fights as long as grip is off cooldown and swap to heals as I pull the target. This also depends on who the other support is. But that's what adaptability is.

How in the fuck? That's what bothers me about overwatch 2. I played a game with gm players and did amazing. Played very well, did much better than the other supports, in silver lobbies I do well too but, my team just can't win fights, reposition or even engage properly without trickling in 1 by 1 to die. I usually go 5 and 3 or most time 5 and 1 now but I can't leave silver and I don't know why. I wish the ranking was based on personal performance only and not on what your team does. An example of this is, on my account my support is silver 3, my mystery heroes is masters 4. How does that make sense 😂
