You're absolutely right Michael, Hoffa was and continues to be fascinating. I had a teacher who worked for RFK, they went to Teamsters HQ unannounced and Hoffa made the AG wait in the outer office for over an hour. When they finally got in, Hoffa was in his rolled up shirtsleeves on the floor doing push-ups during the 15 minute interview! Those guys hated each other's guts.

I hear your sincerity in your voice.. you've had everything in the world money can buy.. and you realized what really matters in life.. so many people never are able to reach where your at now... This is a smart move, Michael. Putting this information out about the Hoffa tapes while your popularity continues to rise will open up doors to a lot of serious producers. I suggest you think of it as more of an archeological expedition than a documentary though. Use modern tech to search the area. Make some money upfront and if you lead them to the body, put a contingency in your contract. It’s a chance to truly be a part of history.

Thank you Mr. Franzese. I actually just suggested that you review this movie in a comment on your Assante interview! I know this movie is fictionalized and its almost saddening knowing there wasn't a real Bobby Ciaro.. But this is definitely Nicholson's and DeVito's finest hour. Not just one of my favorite mob movies ever, but Hoffa is one of the best movies of the 20th century--period. And of course Armand as Carol D'Allesandro was pure gold.
I also recently watched your "Blood Covenant" testimony on the Rock Church RUclips channel. --Very powerful talk. It's amazing: the plans that God has for us, and how he can use any story and make it one about Him. Thank you for all you do, helping to steer kids away from the same roads that you had to travel down yourself, and for helping to share the Good News with those who need it most. That is awesome Michael that you were still in touch with some « old friends » even while being reborn and out of the life .. its just show how people are not bad by nature .. once you take them out of the bad environment and frequentation they can be friends with guys they once view as enemy .. just like soldiers THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE once you take them out of war and get them to meet the enemy soldiers 99% of the time they become friends .. and thats what life is about .. ❤️❤️

I have to stop this video for one minute. You brought up “Gotti” the movie and Armand Assante. In my opinion, if they make “Gotti 2” it would be what “Godfather 3” was to that franchise. I know Armand Assante said he would never make a movie that would ruin the integrity of the first, and I believe him wholeheartedly, I just hope they kill that conversation. There’s no possible way to improve upon that masterpiece.

What people should learn is to have a goal in life and do not get too greedy. Always the downfall starts with greed. I respect people like Michael who don't chase the headlines for some extra coins as the long term game is more important. A lot of 'new money' or 'new power' people get themselves killed, sometimes also physically, because they are not used to handling that much money or power.

As always, a magnificent review. Michael, could you review Sidney Lumet's 1981 film "Prince Of The City." It's primarily concerned with police corruption; the way crooked police run shoulders wih street hoodlums and organised crime. A riveting, gritty 80's film I think you'll enjoy.

I wonder if Mr. Franzese would consider discussing the old school Mob bosses? How low key, polite and reserved they were in public. How they could get things done by influencing people as much as by making them do things.
I live in Mandarino Country. Friends of mine had met him. People were always doing favors for Mr. Mandarino. Considered an honor to do small things on his behalf, nothing violent, more like daily things. He had that effect on people. They wanted his friendship.
