If you did a reset without completing the true pacifist run this happens, Not everybody's memories are gone........ On the other hand a true reset will erase ALL memories
if you go through to the pacifist route, befriend Alphys(find out her amalgam secret), then reset before you fight Asriel, when you meet Alphys for the 'first time' she will say that something about remembering you(i forgot what she says exactly but, eh). Something similar with Undyne if you befriend her by hanging out then resetting. Before you battle Undyne she will start with her normal monalouge, but end up saying, something like "You know, all the while I was following you, I felt something... like... regret? Like I was hurting on old friend of mine... but thats just CRAZY! I would NEVER be friends with a wimpy loser like you!" ps i know that its not accurate but c'mon its been awhile for me.
Oh! If you reset the pacifict route at the end and not go through the door to outside world, but instead reset, I will say this " Make sure that you make freinds with everyone, Frisk!", and I won't attack you. .... For those who are not me, it is pretty creepy,huh?
I reset during a genocide route because I needed to go back and get the ballet shoes and Flowwey basically said something along the lines of "Really, dude?" and then left
Fun fact, of you fail the sans foght and decide to reset during genocide, after one of the puzzles from papyrus, if you talk to sams his eyes will go black and he will tell you to "behave yourself" before he teleports away
I kinda wanted Sans to say human............. *smacks Frisk across the face* No more resets! I mean how much easier would that be Frisk could not reset without ending up at the exact point where they would be smacked across the face.
Frisk isn't resetting, you are. Flowey says this at the end of pacifist. Also he calls you chara fot some reason, odd. also, sans only catches on to the fact that you have some sort of power in the judgment room, not in snowdin.
heres something you can try: without saving play the pacifist route up to snowdin. once you reach snowdin, close the game and reopen it. then see if it has a save file ready to take you to snowdin

The 1 in the ruins doesnt happen by resetting it happens anytime. When i first played UT toriel said that and the old friend she's talking about is chara

When you reset, everybody's memory get's erased. But when they see you, there memories start coming back
