    I know this is a 3 year old video but just have to say that I use this video nearly everyday when I don’t have time for a full practice. Love it so thank you for sharing it.

    I loved that you really wiggled through the cat cow poses, I often do that but always wondered if I’m meant to as I am no expert and have never taken a yoga class, I just see a bit on RUclips and love a good stretch after my workouts. Thanks Ella ✨

    I loved the sequence of this, body really needed this stretch. I think this could’ve been extended to a 15 minute one with the amount of asanas to just allow for some pauses and deeper breath. But I do understand the aim of the video was a quick wiggle, that’s just a personal preference! I look forward to trying out your longer video practices on the App. Thank you

    I really really liked it :D If I'm hones I was a bit sceptical as I thought "Deliciously Ella great for food yes, but yoga?" well you definitely proved me wrong and I loved this wiggle :D You truly are great with whatever you put your mind on!

    Thank you Ella for the quick yet very affective yoga practice. Just a kind suggestion, could you remind us to breath in and out for each yoga pose? I released I hold my breath when I don’t get a reminder as I listen to your voice. Keep this yoga coming please- after your pregnancy :)

    I'm afraid this is too similar to Yoga with Adriene, e.g. homey setting with plants, speech, etc. This doesn't mean I'll ever stop adoring the simplicity and originality of lots of your recipes. xx

    Great beginner poses! Although the best beginner yoga tutorials are when the instructor directs and corrects or reinforces alignments with a student model.

    i loved th video! but next time maybe a little bit slower? sometimes it was hard for me to follow that quickly but maybe that's because i'm a beginner.

    This video is good basic stretching exercise but I wouldn’t call it yoga. It lacks most basic yoga asanas and none are executed in their right alignment/ flow or sequence.

      Pretty sure patanjali said "yogas chitta vrtti nirodhah" - yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind. If this allows people to find their breath or some stillness then it is certainly yoga.

    This is most definitely not "suitable for everyone". It starts with Child's Pose, which many people cannot do. Then downward dog, which many people cannot do. Then one hand to opposite ankle in Downward Dog, which many (I would say most) people who have done postural yoga for years cannot do. Standing forward fold. Three-legged dog. Lowering to the mat via Chaturanga?????? And it continues. Pretty much none of this is "suitable for everyone". Don't say it is when it's not. This is how people get injured. Give modifications and use props if you want to make it suitable for everyone. Or don't say it - be clear who it's for. This is for people with a LOT of flexibility, especially in the hips and hamstrings, and a wide range of motion in their joints, and experience of yoga asana. There is also no disclaimer. Very irresponsible.
