    Great video! Thank you. Sounds great. I believe drop D flat is how the original is played if you want to play along to the original. Many variations, they all sound great.

      Hi. Thanks for commenting. I believe you are right. Drop D and then everything 1/2 step down. Db - Ab - Db - Gb - Bb - Eb. Think this the tuning on the original record version. 🙂

    Been playing this song for years .
    Love it !
    I went to Vegas for nationals in 8ball pool league 2019 .
    Headed up to see what's kicking I NJ freemont , wouldn't ya know it collective soul for their 25th anniversary I believe.
    This was the first song on their set list . They sounded damn good too 🤘

    Collective Soul plays it lower than you, maybe a half-step all around? I played both simultaneously, and you're too high. Might not make a difference to a guitar player, but it's a world of difference to a singer.

    Great demo, but could be more beginner-friendly if you could have put some overlay tabs..
    You teach so fast, beginners like me have a hard time catching up :-(

    When a 30+ year guitarist plays this up and down the tempo scale like its 120bpm do you? 1. Feed him more beer? 2. start drinking yourself or 3. Quit the band? (as the drummer) lol (i mean, i can farging play it better then him) So tired of drunks in bands...
