How to Block Ads on Safari? Best Ad Block Extension and Tools in 2023

no cap even with optimized setting, i've been using 9 different ad blockers, NONE are working correctly , with 3 differents blockers installed still reach 60/100 and still showing a ton of ads

I installed 1blocker in Sonoma and still getting 30 out of 100 in adblock-tester. Why?
