    Having 5 of ur cell mates ASK to talk to the cops and one of them even crying over what you told them truly shows how sick you are

      I have to say I never felt much sorrow for an inmate before but these five guys...dang, to have to try and sleep in a cell with this dude must have been hell. Being near him in daytime would be bad enough but night time, damn.

      @@_JustJoeYeah. I don’t know what they did to get in there, but by their reactions to what he said, it couldn’t have been nearly as bad as what he did. They were sincerely moved. We’re pretty used to seeing men fake crying when they’re arrested for the murder of a wife or gf, or anyone close to them, but to have cellmates cry for real…damn! I think if I were a judge I would give each of them a year or two off their sentences just for asking to tell the cops what he said (of course, I don’t know why they were there or how long their sentences were, so it would depend on that, too). They did a good thing for doing that.

    As a corrections officer, it is RARE for inmates to ask to speak with officers, let alone this many, and to show this much emotion. They are so right, he is a monster.

    • @KITTYKITTYBO
      @KITTYKITTYBO 7 месяцев назад +1539

      I already commented the separately, but it is so disturbing that they weren’t protected from him and that one of them was the victim of his wrath. He is obviously strongly, revenge driven, and they were brave enough to come forward. It’s not like other murders this was crazy and torturous and, he should’ve been kept away from everyone like obviously he could go off in a split second let alone if you found out that they spoke against him.

      That's what you call a "Freudian slip". It's very common. You unconsciously say certain key words/phrases that admits your guilt. Say, someone who is blackmailing and they happen to say "it's not like blackmail." Very direct, and a means to mislead someone because they think they can give the big shock factor, help ease and dismiss your concerns as "irrational", and they can potentially get away with what they're doing. I wouldn't doubt it was a mix of their sick humor + Freudian slip.

As humans we often try to make sense of confusing situations. We tend to push aside that voice in the back of our heads telling us something is wrong. We can't blame her for not contacting the police because who knows what state of mind she was in at that point. There’s a local case (Florida) unfolding right now where a man murdered an entire family. He FaceTimed a friend and showed the bodies in his fire pit and said “want to help me burn this trash?” The friend called the cops and they showed up while he was burning the bodies- however the police LEFT and only came back two days later after he bragged to more friends. They found their bones still in the pit that the police had already supposedly checked. The suspect (Rory Atwood) claims he killed the parents in self defense, and that the two kids must have been already dead. You should see if you can get the interrogation footage.

This case will take years to sort out but if Nocco would have been responsible they would have found the bodies on the first day. It's a very sad and tragic case and unfortunately for the victims and their families the lack of management borders on criminal, my opinion. We need Sheriff Grady Judd from Polk County, next county over. Because Sheriff Judd doesn't slack off and his team is the best. All of this is my opinion.

You then interview said terrified cellmates and get them to snitch on said sadistic possible serial killer and you then do what with those same cellmates?? YOU PUT THEM BACK INTO THE SAME CELL AS HIM?!? You have got to be sh*ting me. First off, how do the correctional officers approve that, and second how did the cellmates not be like "I'll gladly tell you everything I know about this monster to make sure he never sees the light of day again but not at the cost of my own wellbeing and life potentially, so either I don't tell you anything or you make sure that not only do I never share a cell with this man after I talk to you but that our paths never cross again even by mistake bc I don't want to be standing in line for chow two-years from now which some clerical mistake puts us in the same room at the same time, and next thing I know I'm getting shanked in the back bc y'all f*cked up and I was early in line for Taco Tuesday."

    To everyone who is giving credit to the cellmates for coming forward: Randall Miller (54:45) was sentenced to 20 to 60 years in prison for second-degree murder. Ironically, he also beat his girlfriend really badly and strangled her to death in front of her children then fled the scene. Brian Kline (56:45) was sentenced to 6 years for child mo. charges (this is YT I cannot say the entire word). Daniell Lee Trine (57:20) is a registered sex offender. The other two men I could not locate their public records, but you can imagine the police are not idiots to lock up someone as twisted as Wade Allen with people who got charged with drug posession charges as most of you are suggesting in the comments section. The only conclusion I can draw is that these men came forward for reduced sentences. Please use Google and do your research before you start showing support to GUILTY parties who have committed heinous crimes themselves.

    second degree murder is insanity. I can't believe this man actually might spend the last years of his life outside bars. This is not justice for Kelly and her family. Unbelievable.

      Arguing after told you're under arrest accomplishes nothing anyway. Maybe later things shake out in your favor. At that moment, they got you and you are going downtown.

    "I haven't seen 'that person' in months" was all he had to say. Completely trying to dissociate and distant himself.

    • @yespls6260
      @yespls6260 3 дня назад

      Exactly. When someone refers to another person that they obviously know well as "that person" it's almost ALWAYS a red flag in some way.. either it shows that they intensely dislike them, or know they have deeply wronged them in some way (whether murdered, cheated on, etc.) and are trying to distance themselves.
