    Love the bear crawl. I used to always have severe cramps after an intense work out, but the first time I practised the bear crawl, was the first time I had no cramps and woke up without any pain in my back. It's a part of my karate school warm ups and cool down sessions.

    Sir thank you for your time & dedication for showing some great relaxing movemnts. Not everything is building muscle deep relaxing movemnts are contributing enormously at building a toned muscular agile body.
    Also the piano music has a soft calming soothing effect upon the brains, feeling, tissues, and cellular anatomical level of energy centers.

    Does anyone here do The Bear Crawl on public sidewalks?? I'm curious to know it's even practical to do this at all??
