I can see Rebirth of Souls having a sequel. Seeing this game stopped at Arrancar arc with Ichigo losing his power. The sequel game would start with Fullbring arc as Ichigo getting his powers back parallel to the first arc as well as the first game. TYBW anime probably ended by the time the second game release so they can adapt the entire arc.
The fact that it has proper voiced cutscenes similar to Ninja Storm 2 and 3 already a huge win for me. A lot of Arena Fighter games recently were just straight up slideshows. Funny seeing MIYAVI's name on the trailer. The live-action Kuchiki Byakuya legit return to the series to perform the song for the trailer. Now that I think about it, we're going to get Renji vs Uryu in the game, something that was offscreen in both manga and anime.
Doesn’t matter if you like Taguchu or not, I do find it interesting how his style of aesthetic vision for bleach anime influenced other upcoming bleach-media.

3:29 hell nah, this is clearly better than JJK's game, when curse clash trailee first released there was visible backlash for it and comparisons with soul resonance but rebirth of souls is getting non of that... Personally i feel it's on that sparking Zero level in terms of graphics, Zero had good lighting shots while Rebirth keeping in contrast of the bleach verse and a couple of night times has way lower lighting, so it's looking a tiny bit watered down
The comeback mechanic is probably gonna be when you’re at low hp you’re probably gonna be able to use your bankai and or your ressurecion which will give you some health and strength boost which can turn the battle around for you.
I hope the dlc will be fullbring arc and probably some of the filler arcs. Maybe they dont make fullbring dlc but instead part of a free patch. But what im really hoping for is a big playable character roster. Cuz weve never seen that in a console bleach game. Either way excited and definitely day 1 preorder for me.

Obviously it’s basically impossible for it to match up to sparking zero. And what little they showed us already looks worse. However imo graphics and model wise I think it looks as good as sparking zero and even better. But gameplay, animation and particle effects are important. Need to get those right. But I’m happy with everything except gameplay, animations and the fact there’s no fullbring or tybw. Gameplay and animation could be good in the end. But for now they aren’t fully satisfactory. Graphically it’s easily good enough. The music is clearly good enough, if you heard the couple soundtracks that were posted on Twitter. They’re only available to listen in Japan but clutch reposters got us. And just by name alone the ost composer has credentials. Crisis core FF7 and “the world ends with you” Even without thinking it’s clearly better than cursed clash. That doesn’t mean anything because a bad game is still much better than cursed clash. Aside from the graphics being so obviously better cursed clash was soulless. This has love put in. Kubo is involved. The team cares. Just needs a higher budget. Best games to look at to gauge tamsoft is the senran kagura and onechanbara series.
16:48 dude, it’s just a Super Move like in Mortal Kombat and other such games where the more damage you take, the more your power bars fill up, and when you’re in fatal danger, you can spend all your bars to activate it and take about 30% of your opponent’s health away. I don’t think you can “one hit kill” an opponent with 100% health, that’s both impossible (since it’s a fight, obviously you’ll both exchange hits) and stupid. But that’s just my opinion from what I’ve gathered, for all I know some dev heard the talking point that “Domain Expansion is inspired by Bleach” and thought, why don’t we incorporate the one hit KO concept like how Domains have Sure Hit effects. Again, that’d be interesting (I’d say stupid, but we have to wait and see how it plays first). But even if that were the case, it wouldn’t be a deux ex machina (I’ve never even heard anyone say Bleach does that, is that a critique people have?). Depending on how they balance the game, it could just be a case where some characters can just oneshot others canonically, so they made a system where if certain conditions are met, said character WOULD be able to oneshot the other. I think that would make sense? But would still be an issue that needs nerfing for sure.
I personally love to see the first stages of Bleach in a TYBW aesthetic. This helps all of Bleach come to a full circle. If it keeps up, we may see a Green skies in the Ichigo-Ulquiorra fight!
That boost or new advantage you get from being at the "precipice of defeat" makes me think of how Tekken 7, and maybe 8 if I remember the demo correctly.
Let's see how it is, it's about time we get a new Bleach game and I hope it has alternative scenarios and actions even if it swerves from canon. In either case I can't wait it get my copy.

For Flame of Rebirth, unless it's a big JRPG franchise, *the majority, not all* videogame soundtracks don't lead to copywrite strikes, i know this because we some friends we do some D&D streams and in one campaign we used a lot of Fire Emblem, among other soundtracks of that type of game, and nothing happened.
I'm very happy we're getting a new BLEACH game but I'm still worried about the style of game it's gonna be. I hope it's a proper fighting game like a competitive arena fighter like Tenkaichi 3. We need this game to have a competitive aspect to it for longevity sake.
I think with kubo involved I feel like it’ll face the problem of spending too much time on graphics and story rather than gameplay which is what matters the most to me than fan service.
Just gonna put this out there, the game is English dubbed where Soul Resurrection was not. If I'm not mistaken One Punch Man, the first My Hero, One Piece Burning Blood, Pirate Warriors and Jojo games weren't dubbed. Bleach is also being supported in a lot of other languages according to Steam. That shows at least a good amount of trust/support from producers and Bandai are known for being cheap so here we go. There's something about this game and they know it. Rebirth, do a breakdown of the developer, past games and the music composer, they already released a few tracks and it's pretty good.
Soul Resurreccion actually was english dubbed. I own the game cause I rebought it on ebay a while back. I used to play it alot back when it came out so my save data was still on my PS3 but when I replayed it I couldn't remember if it was dubbed or not and sure enough it actually was which surprised me.

I'm not really a fan of the 'artstyle' (not sure what to call it) in the game. It doesn't feel like Bleach to me. That being said, I'll take anything, I'm just happy to get a game that isn't a gacha.

It’s hilarious how Cour 2 of TYBW was plagued *(or graced depending on your opinion/viewpoint)* with the red sky color palette and now Rebirth of Souls has that green sky color palette LMFAOOOO!!! 😭 Personally, I went from a 10/10 hype level before the reveal to about an 8/10 hype level after the trailer dropped. I’m very skeptical about the Rebirth of Souls’ gameplay from the very little that was shown in the trailer. Is it more along the lines of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm & Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO *(🏆)?* Or is it closer to MHA: One’s Justice and JJK Cursed Clash *(🚮)?* Plus, the quality of the cutscenes + retelling of the story, as well as what the game will really consist of content-wise has me skeptical as well. Ending with the Arrancar Saga sucks, I can’t lie. Will it have an open world? Will we get to traverse Karakura Town, Soul Society, Hueco Mundo etc. DBZ Kakarot style? Or will it be segmented amongst the story? Also, I’m more impressed by Rebirth of Soul’s AESTHETIC *(shoutout Kubo 🔥 )* but graphically it’s clearly a step below Sparking! ZERO because it’s hindered by being cross-gen *(PS4)* and it’s very clearly not being developed on UE5. Still very pretty visuals, but I hope the graphics are improved even more over the next year *(2024-2025)* similarly to how Sparking! ZERO’s were. Regardless, I’m still excited and I can’t wait to see what they show next. Seeing a DEDICATED BLEACH console game on PlayStation again and on Xbox for the very first time is amazing! 💯
