    Welcome back . Please note this video was shot on mobile phone . Also , the people working are our Singaporean friends , thus the language tonning or ascent may be different . Please do not critisize . We tried to provide some captions but again the work is of our friends .

    Tried very well, But lot of things missing just a suggestion At the time of reservation You have to ask about Email address,expected time of arrival, transportation assistance,number of guests, purpose of visit(like any special occasion) at the time of arrival Warm welcoming,need to confirm pieces of luggage,at the time of check-in need to re-confirm from guests is everything correct whatever details we have, while check-in talk about guests preferences and brief to the guests about Property facilities..and most important Keep Smiling .

      What you need to ask when client is making a reservation highly depends from the hotel u are working in. Expected time of arrival is not needed, every hotel has a specific check-in time u cant just go at 8 in the morning, except u already mentioned it when making a reservation. Confirming pieces of luggage also is not needed, its a hotel not plane boarding.

    One thing I would like to add, once guest confirm that he did not consumed anything but still we have to reconfirmed from housekeeping department about clearance and consumption

    Currently I am perceiving a degree but as per my knowledge there are many thing left like face expression hotel information you have to ask if the guest is coming by flight so how was the flight guest email content no in regcard and many more thing but you guys tried well keep it up

    I things many this is missing like staff expression and checking time and occupancy time first a fall u have to try to handle the situation and than only if the situation is getting worst than only you have to call manager but any way

    This is the problem with most of the hotels. No welcome drink, no one went to escort the guest into the room

      LOL ESCORT GUESTS TO THE ROOM?! No one has EVER had enough staff to escort every single guest to their room. Even the Ritz Carlton never did that unless they specifically asked for luggage service from the bellman. Unless you're some VIP. Please don't expect some resort honeymoon experience unless you are spendign thousands of dollars at a 5-diamond luxury/boutique hotel.

    The Guest should check the card how much charge according to Bill given by Hotel... and Receipt paid by credit card for both Safety Reasons
