The amount of skulls on difficulty indicates more of number of enemies and size and complexity of a level I think.
The quality of enemies is determined mostly by tech level, so for now only good-ish gear is on targets of elimination missions.
Changes to the clones apply after project is completed and death of the clone.
Also welding machines, thermal containers and AI modules are VERY valuable for upgrades.

The number of skulls is the number of floors the mission has. Number and type of enemy per floor depends on faction power and their equipment on tech level.

like when is it better to run, heal and what stance etc.
stance? run as fast as you can away from that mf
@@maddorori817 running stance gives 3 tiles movement with less accuracy ... anyways good for running 🤔
