Is your RUclips name ironic? The sound quality in your video is really poor quality

I've got the Open Run Pro which features 'deep base'. The sound is good and clear but virtually no base. Maybe it's not possible with this technology but they shouldn't advertise deep base. They are really comfortable but not for audiophiles.

I usually tend to buy shokz or haylou brand. Most of time when I buy other cheaper brands they list it as Bone conduction, but a lot time their air conduction headset. So there little speakers near facing your ear. Okay sound but nothing like Bone conduction. One thing I like about shokz is their battery life, and their customers service. Still bit expensive usually buy when on sale. Just wish shokz did usbc, instead special cables.

What happened with the run time for the products? Did they last the (x14) 8hrs and (Shokz) 8.5hr as claimed, especially the x14? I liked that you provided differed products, but disappointed the review was incomplete.

As a heavy equipment operator working 12 hours in a open-pit mine in a noisy environments, I charged first thing once I get in my machine for about 1-1¹/² hour and it'll last me all day and never failed. I use the hell out of my AEROPEX everyday I'm at work!! My only complain with AEROPEX: wish they make BIGGER size for larger head! All head comes in different sizes! BTW .. Touchbone X-14 are no longer available anymore!! Great video for this new subs! Mahalo.

I could never wear earbuds because they don’t stay in my ear.

I was researching bone conduction headphones because a couple of coworkers use them at work and it bypasses our bosses policy about not having earbuds on the job. They both got the aftershocks but I liked that there are other great value options like the x-14. Thanks and great job!

Just used your link to buy the x14's, so hopefully Amazon tosses you a few cents at a least. Great quality videos, keep it up!

Seth, I have bought a few X14s since watching your video almost a year ago. 1 was the Relaxyo, then as a test, 2 as gifts from different sellers. There is a noticeable difference in sound quality and greeting volume/language. I can't identify which are the newer (=better?). As you mention in subsequent videos, they may not be the most comfortable things after a couple of hours. I spent a little(too much) on a variety of headsets. I think you'll like the G7 on Ebay, even with it's magnetic cable. BTW I saw another reviewer doing the facedance while figuring out how to wear :)

Thanks for the review. I had the TouchBone DG08, which are pretty much a Shokz clone. I liked them much more than I had expected until they failed completely at less than three months 😔. So I'm back in the market.

I've had the X14 for 6 months now. They're fantastic. Use them daily. My only complaint is long term use makes the spots on my head a little sore from the pressure.

  • @JuneK618

I came across your channels bc I’m in the market for an over the ear headphones and just recently found out about bone conduction headphones. I’ve always used AirPods and since last year I’ve been suffering from ear infections on and off. So I’m here to look for other alternatives. Thank you for this thorough review about these products. I think I will try the x14s for now and see how it works for my small head lol
