I definitely agree that the music is distracting but I also find this meditation as very triggering. To make me remember the home I grew up in and all the abuse I received their was too much to handle

we want to hear John Bradshaw's own voice not this person's voice. You should have your ears boxed for stealing this therapist's work and speaking his meditations. You can't hold a candle to John Bradshaw.
