    Thanks for the good information. With the aux pump out it would be a good idea to inspect the hoses for cracks and deterioration and if necessary replace them at the same time.

    I've checked continuity from positive connector to positive on battery and got nothing. I've also connected the pump direct to battery and nothing also. What do you suggest?

    I have the issue, that the pump works with 12 V directly apllied to it, but won't with running engine, ignition on nor REST-Function activated via the panel.
    Pump itself shows 3,6 Ohms on the multimeter. Wires and fuses are ok. Any ideas?

      Multimeter reads 0.05 Volts at the connector, when engine is running and the heating is set to maximum. I think, this is a CAN signal. I have continuity on both wires. Pump runs with 12V from a pulser. Graphite sticks in the motor are ok.
      Is it possible, that the SAM Front kinda "forgot", that the pump is there?

    What if no hot or even warm air goes in the vents/windshield? i hear a knocking or tapping behind radio, to the passenger side ( right) and shuts down after 1 minute or so. That broken mechanism may be the cause? Thank you.

    How can i check if I have an acutator problem or the inner radiator?

    • @MomchU
      @MomchU 3 года назад +1

      Hey, Erald,
      I would suggest you have a scanner connected to your car and check the air condition system for fault codes. On mine I had two faulty step motors which are inside the HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, example- facebook.com/MaxiconCarAircon/posts/hvachvac-stands-for-heating-ventilation-and-air-conditioning-its-purpose-in-a-ve/2753018171402319/). These motors were controlling the air stream and stuck on COLD position.
      There could be more reasons for it, but you would definitely need to attach a advanced odb2 scanner and have a look.
