Some other reviews have trashed this lens, not sure who to believe anymore.

@@ThomasBusbyPhotography i am studying at a university related to visual arts and I like doing art, but I have never owned a camera before.
Actually, my main goal is to improve myself.
But mostly I want to shoot street, landscape, product shots.
@scarlqwx1819 I think the kit 16-50mm would also be great to have just to cover a bit more range, and this 7artisans lens for when you want low light and blurry backgrounds.
The a6000 is pretty old now and there will be some things that frustrate you about it, BUT it’s always very cheap now and was great for a long time so yes if the price is right, I think it would make a great first camera lens combination
@@scarlqwx1819I'd suggest A6400 and either the Sigma prime trio if you want Autofocus and some weather sealing or the 7artisan f1.4 lenses if you are patient enough for manual focus. if you want the sharpest output edge to edge, Sigma trio is a no brainer
Should I buy this Lens along with Sony zve10 for shooting dance videos for Instagram reels?
I need to make only videos so I'm planning not to buy kitLens of Sony zve10. Instead of kit lens I want to buy 7artisans 24mm f/1.4 Lens or 35mm F/1.4
My use is only shooting videos for Instagram reels & RUclips shorts.
Does it produce better video than Sony zve10 kitLens??

I want to use this with Sony zve10 for video only. If I'll buy this Lens then I'll not buy kit Lens.
I think you would need auto focus for what you want to shoot, I would rather have the Sony kit lens for that style of content.
@@ThomasBusbyPhotography the video quality of Sony kitLens of zve10 is like shot from mobile what I heard from my friend so he shoot from Sigma 16mm f1.4, but I cannot buy Sigma as my budget is less.
With camera gear you very much get what you pay for, there aren’t many ways to get around this sorry
