heh
HEH
I love how Hurk recognized him
Same
I started to cry the way hurk reacted to the deputy 😥
2:29 I like the part when he says about the lake and not being killed by the Judge when goes out partying. Friday the 13th reference. XD Hilarious!
Everyone recognized him
Killed me.
Judge: *Hops in car with you for the first time*
Player: *Plays only you on the radio*
Player: .......”What’s wrong?”
*Pulls out bow and puts 10 arrows straight through your skull*
Why does everyone have this picture
@TheWhiteOne That a fantasy of yours?
That would have been a cool easter egg like he goes fucking insane next to you in the car and kills you
@@nigelmanders9902 Yeah but this dude said he'll start fucking your dead corpse like wtf 😂
*I really want to know what would happen if you played that particular song in his presence*
Only you my friend
He’d still be affected :P just make sure you don’t do it while Hurk is partying. He DID say please.
@GoblinLion02 does brainwashing wear off?
*Only you...*
Jesus Christ *ONLY YOU* can do that
It’s actually cool that Gina knows that since he doesn’t talk she uses him to vent and it seems like he doesn’t mind
Also super heartbreaking how nana knows he’s broken and offers to help
Maybe Carmina can turn Rook back to normal, since Rook is Carmina's godfather or godmother.
Judge: ........
Carmina: ......
Judge: ........
Carmina: I'm your goddaugther
Judge: WAIT WHAT?!
Holy cow the likes on this!!!

After all these years, Rook’s still the mute badass they always were.
Wish they had a better ending tho ;-; After all they went through they don’t deserve being traumatised like that
2:09 Rook responds to Hurk with an “I don’t know” gesture.
I actually never knew the judge was rook. Wow
0:53 if you push talk Father tells you the story about judge
they should have given him a voice like how Corvo was voiced in Dishonored 2 after being silent in first game.
I like how he is still a silent character since he was a silent protagonist in the last game
4:38 bro you left him hanging
"Aarrgh" - The Judge
Say heh if you're gay
liam Leak nay
*hay*
I hope rook returns in a future game and we can hopefully undo the damage Thats been done to him
Is Rook's true gender male because when they make those noises it sounds like a male
Nah probably a really masculine woman
Lol jk
I would say a woman.
Maybe he or she use a voice changer so they will not recognize its rook
Could just be a very raspy woman
Considering every other protagonist was male, I wouldn't be surprised.
If there was any doubt who the judge was, Hurk literally spells it out
The judge: *pufferfish æugh noises*
YOU'VE BECOME THE VERY THING YOU SWORE TO DESTROY
Somehow more vocal than before.
Spending 17 years trapped in a bunker with Joseph made the rook talk more, in grunts only though.
Turns out he just didn't know how to speak bless the fathers heart trying to teach him
@@tones9_6 Awww maybe Joseph isn’t a bad guy
*Grunts in confusion *

Mendenhall Corvid nah I killed like 500 innocents I ain’t a hero
Judge meets Carmina
“Judge has flashback of driving though chaos to get to the hospital”
Judge steps back.
You’d think Carmina was the anti christ or something
WHY IS THE PLANE ON FIRE?!?!
Kim:WHATS THAT!!?
Nick:Thats a plane Kim
Kim:WHY IS IT ON FIRE??!!
“Oh, fuck not again...”
I wish there was an intermission for the rook
And Carmina doesn’t even know she’s gazing towards her godfather.
LUGO - or mother
@@Apo-Xalko Idk for sure but I've heard that the male rook/deputy is cannon, but don't take my word on it
Elopez 01 Yeah it is. The Judge has a male body type and his grunts sound masculine.
I’m pretty sure New Dawn’s protagonist is supposed to be female, judging how different the game feels compared to FC5. The world is colorful and girly, and the villains are both female.
@@elopez0187 where exactly? It makes way more sense canonically that Depp is female, considering Joseph literally spends 10 years in a bunker with you, way more chance of repopulating the Earth and the way the story plays out there's lots of parallels with the Depp and the virgin Mary, not to mention in the beginning of in the game during the intro cutscene there's Revelation 17:14 on the T.V's behind Joseph and the Heralds, it literally talks of waging war AGAINST A LAMB, in Christianity the lamb is Jesus, but in Far cry the lamb is Depp because videogame game logic and Edens Gate is a derivative of Christianity, not to mention in the bunker ending if Joseph put a baby inside you I guarantee 100% that child would be called Jesus and if Depp DOES have a name it also Guarantee it's Mary.
Leviticus 4:32: "And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish"
Christians took those two phases and made them world renowned:
(1) Lamb of God; and
(2) Taketh away the sin of the world.
Anyone associating a lamb with sin would follow the prescribed rules established in the bible.
For the “Outer chatas/sin offerings,” for personal sin/variable chatas the lamb MUST be female. For Nazir Tahor and Metzora, the lamb MUST also be female.
So I think Depp is female and it makes way more sense since every religious reference points towards a Lamb that HAS to be female, and as @Kura L pointed out below, there's parallels between Depp and Adam and Eve in New Dawn.
Is not uncle???
Wasn't the whole point of the deputy wanting a mask so people wouldn't recognize him because he felt so guilty
Sweet Tooth
Yea the deputy just doesn't want to show their face because of how guilty they feel
@@starboy693 that got me good lol
Or the fact that they could have had 1 of 16 faces that out of them you could recognise 1.
*Mission fail we'll come next time*
it's generally because our character from farcry all had different faces so they just covered him with a mask
Hurk: If you see me partying by the lake... don't cut me up... please...
Rook:*shrugs
Slight maybe?
Nice Friday the 13th reference

I wonder if Nana is the one to help The judge out of this. I want to know what happens!
He could place a scope and a badge in her hands and she would know I'd think
It really is quite a paradox.
Maybe she is her/his nana
I'm a *lil* late, but i think Nana asks him to speak and he starts crying
Anyone else kinda pissed that after all we went through with rook we ended up with this
Yea I'm mad right now he didn't deserve it
Not really, kind of makes Rook the far cry version of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader
I'm totally okay with it for two reasons one he is alive and still in the game and two he is still bad ass

Yep, because father drilled into hi mthat he caused the aftermath we see in New Dawn, that he was a murderer. It broke Rook emotionally which is why he became the judge, he was afraid that people would see him at fault for this, would hate him so he dawned a mask to hide himself from the world.
@@kiaskmagamortus5387 actually no, if you kill joseph and he sees the body he starts crying and I believe he occasionally starts crying afterwards as well, because he was completely loyal to him due to the brainwashing
Boomer is dead
I wish hurk still using the harpoon gun
Is it me or hurk got fatter in far cry 5?
Feerzo 14 he gained weight when his girlfriend was taken from them and highwaymen threatened to take his kid too and kill him. I guess he was depressed.
Farcry 4 the good old days.
I like harpoon gun or harcyka blyat
Battlefield 1 for life far cry 3
I see a lot of people who are pissed off at Joseph and the devs for making the Deputy into this shell of a character.
But think about it for a minute.
At the start of Far Cry 3, Jason Brody was just a spoilt rich kid who wanted to have a good time without too much care for how it affected those around him. By the end of Far Cry 3, he has become a mass-murderer, he enjoys killing and is worried about returning to society after what he's done.
In Far Cry 4, Ajay is a fairly normal dude, he sets out on his adventure with a simple task, to scatter his mother's ashes.
By the end of Far Cry 4, Ajay has gotten involved and mixed up in politics and a war he understands very little about. He has gone on a rampage, and in the end, he's completely forgotten the whole purpose of his visit to Kyrat. Instead completely messing up the country by appointing the Golden Path to leaders (each worse than the other).
In Far Cry 5, the Deputy is a wide-eyed law enforcer, they believe in right and wrong, good and evil, doing things by the book.
But, just like Ajay, they meddle in things that perhaps they should've left alone. For all we know, they 'did' cause the collapse through some prophetic means.
By the end of Far Cry 5, you've not only, once more murdered hundreds of people; but also killed all but one of the Seeds. The Nukes go off and you realise that Hope County is worse off than it ever would have been if you'd just left it alone.
Hell, you see tons of messages from people in Far Cry 5 who have simply left the county. Yes, nukes still go off, but we've never seen the aftermath of a (new) Far Cry protagonist until the Judge.
They fit right in with this pattern of corruption and good-will turning sour.
Heck, even Joseph started out with noble ambitions. Just like the protagonists though, he too fell into chaos and despair.
You talk as if killing peggies was a bad thing. When you have pests in your yard, you get rid of them.
SwordTune The pests are still humans.
It doesn't matter who it is, killing is never something that makes a sane person feel good.
@@takoshihitsamaru4675 You might not feel good, but the peggies were drug peddling murderers. No reason for Dep to have a mental breakdown, peggies wanted a war so they got what they wanted.
Takoshi Hitsamaru but remember there is choices you still make like in the end you can choose to resist or not to resist
@@SwordTune I think the point is that if the deputy hadn't tried to arrest Joseph then Hope country would be better off. Edens gate didn't really start comiting mass murder until Joseph was arrested and he started the reapening.
If the deputy left, than the cult would still be dangerous but they wouldn't be actively stealing from, kidnapping, and killing civilians. And a lot more people would have been saved from the nukes.
When jerome talk with the judge. Poor judge/deputy ):
I just knocked hurk down and he started screaming:""MR STARK I DON'T FEEL SO GOOD."
Really
Back in FC5, I barely felt any connection with The Deputy.
But, now in New Dawn, as The Judge, I feel very bad for him/her. I just wanna hug The Judge and tell everything was not his/her fault.

Rook was a great character because he was the embodiement of what we wanted him to be. We all (I presume) customized him to look like ourselves and tried to make decisions how we would. @@clydev4969, yep, that one church with the bear nearby. Given that place was a former FANG center, you killed Cheese in New Dawn.
I like to think that given time, Cap and the others will help Rook overcome his / her trauma.
Psychologically, there's no overcoming Rook's type of trauma.
The papers in the bunker imply that Joseph used starvation and torture, both physical and psychological, to tear Rook apart, break them down into their most basic components. Heighten their reliance on basic necessities--food, water, and of course Shelter was covered. Then used his ability to provide those things to Rook to gain their trust/dependency. There's no telling how often Joseph talked down Rook's actions in 5, and the human mind is very susceptible to reprogramming very easily, as evidenced by Jacob's torture in the Whitetail mountains.
That kind of conditioning sticks with a person, not just Jacob's music box, but Joseph's rhetoric. After a while, a person has no physical memory of who they once were. Its possible Rook doesn't even remember their real parents, or even any friends they had before Hope County. Indoctrination is a powerful method of control.
It would be interesting tho to see if/how the music box still affects Rook/Judge, since that kind of reprogramming can never truly be undone. It leaves a very lasting imprint on the mind.
Except the cap dosent speak either.
I think it's a he. If you look at the model for the male rook and compare it to this it looks fairly similar but if you compare the female rook to this, it's different.

Using the Judge as a companion in certain parts of the story really makes me wonder what's going through his head. Like for example when the player has the option of executing Joseph.
I saw this one letsplayer where they did kill Joseph and had the Judge present, made wonder if this affected the Judge in some form psychologically or emotionally.
As cool as it sounds, I think Ubisoft is too lazy to implement such a small feature. I mean this game isn't like the Witcher 3, The Walking Dead or Dishonored, where even small details are changed, based on your actions.
I'm talking from an In-Universe perspective. I never said it's something that ubisoft would take into account, just that I'm curious about what' would be going on in the characters head in such moments.
I feel like in the video how he said down. From body language as I could tell. He looked relaxed and reveled that the man he failed to strike down finally was put to death for his sins. I wish if you had Judge with you and refused to kill Joseph. He would order Judge to kill him by saying Deputy instead of Judge
@@simonaspalovis1204 Witcher 3 is trash.
I would've liked to've seen the Judge walk over, kneel down, and close Joseph's eyes, then lift him up and carry him down the hill and bury him. They'd still mourn in relative silence, never speaking or letting on how much pain they were in.

Wonder if his vocal cords died. Honestly though, hero of the last game and he ends up like this.
This is not how you treat a former protagonist...
Rook just chose to never speak.
I thought they were gonna kill the Deputy off. Im glad they actually brought him bad as such a 'dramatic' character.
I wouldn't be surprised if Joseph cut out his tongue, wrecked his vocal chords, or something... you'd think Rook would at least try to mumble out some final words after Joseph's death, or when meeting Pastor Jerome once more.
Chuck Baker If you think about it, ever since Far Cry 3 (excluding Primal & Blood Dragon), the protagonists always end up from a normal, innocent, or good willed person to a bloodthirsty killing machine. Think about how traumatizing Jason was after he returned to California (assuming that you picked the good ending) or how Ajay now has to manage Kyrat after a civil war he had to fight in when all he wanted to do was spread his mother’s ashes.
Pretty sick outfit though, wouldn't mind playing far cry 5 again with this on

While traveling in new eden territory, I thought those signs said 'Where is the rook!' instead of book. Until I actually got into the settlement and saw the Judge.
Surprised sharky doesn't say anything, he was super clingy in five.
Also why does the judge only sound like a woman when they cry?
“You alright in there?”
“HEUGH”
5:41 He is just saying on the inside “Bruh I’ve been trying to do that for years.”
Here’s the problem. They all talked like they knew the deputy, yet the deputy has not once spoken to any of them, he/she just do things that they like (mostly killing and exploding people), drove the pregnant wife to the hospital, and liberate hope county. That’s it. The deputy didn’t converse with them in a way that they get to truly like him/her because of who he/she is. Camina was the most cringe worthy...
Camina: I know the good deputy is still in there. They deputy I heard so much about growing up.
Deputy/Judge: Oh, which part? The part where I massacred a bunch of fanatics, butcher the Seed family, liberate hope county like a one man army without ever talking to your parents or their friends, help delivered your mother to the hospital when she was in labor with you and I somehow got named to be your godfather - even though I only knew your parents for a few days, or the part when the nuke finally blew up I drove off with my colleagues with Joseph while your dad and his friends were still stuck on Eden’s Gate running away foot, partially abandoning them?
Hurk on the other hand makes the most sense. He thought the deputy was cool because of what she/he can do, and not because of how much he got to know them. The only thing he knows about the deputy is that he/she are the silent type, and he literally pointed that out in the video!
A lot can happen in seventeen years, the deputy could have interacted with the ryes during that time or Joseph could have told them, (it seems like the kind of thing he would brag about)
the preggies pretty much declared war on hope county just because Joseph didn't want to be arrested and they were arming themselves even before dep showed up so they were asking for a fight not the dep's fault they give them one they couldn't handle
also wouldn't you tell your kid stories of a hero you knew personally who saved you and your pregnant wife's lives multiple times and helped get said wife through basically a warzone to the hospital to help deliver your kid
I do agree with your point about the dep driving off with their cop friends but the deputy was doing their job arresting Joseph because he was defenceless and then the nuke went off so everyone was panicking even Jerome and Hurk who were also there and they didn't seem to resent them for that either
Heh
It does not exactly work for us as a player, and it again shows ubisoft's ineptitude and a good skill in creating interesting chatlracters at the same time.
I'm assuming the dep did have a personality and did make friends with these people off screen. I'm sure in far cry 5, they were solely a silent character for the sake of the player.
Now hes silent because hes completely Insane. That's just my take on it though
Heatwave619 ...why are you implying that mute people can’t make connections lol

I myself have cooked up several different scenarios for How Far Cry 5 could have ended, and how the interactions of this game could go better. More for character development in the Judge (Rook) simply grunting at everyone. I feel like if there was any possible way that the deputy could become closer to his old friends, it would be the baby he helped all those years ago
I would read it. I haven't read much far cry fanfics recently. Maybe I should do a quick delve back into it for a bit.
Honestly, reading the notes in Dutch's bunker and seeing how much Joseph messed with the Deputy's head already made me sad enough, but hearing them cry just makes it even worse :(
Hurk’s attempt at a conversation was hilarious
It gets even better when you realize that contained a reference to Friday the 13th...
Lame af treatment of a former protagonist.
I mean, he's a blank slate already
@@rockyhorrorfreakshow5091 Not wrong, but still would've preferred anything other than some creepy masked guy.
Lunatic they should have atleast made the deputy a key positive in the game
lol. To be fair this is the only option they had, since the character is mute.
Lunatic Remember Johnny Klebitz In GTA V? Yeah...
It’s sad to see Rook like that. He went from being confident to a slave to the person he swore to kill.
Aww I want to see nick rye say hey u remind me of someone
One thing that would've been awesome is if they did what The Walking Dead had, where you could transfer all of your progress from FC5 into this game (the missions you completed, the character you created) and that would decide how the judge would look and act like. Definitely would prefer that over a creepy masked figure that barely acts like a human being.
I like his look. Gives me a Vader vibe
That's actually a good idea.. there's a couple of games that do the exact thing
Except the point is that Deputy wanted to hide, because the guilt/survivors guilt of what they have done is so bad that they couldn't even stand their face/skin and don't speak because they choose to, and if anything nothing should really carry over since this game is about 17 yrs later from fc5.Things have changed and you are a new character, so not a lot of those missions hold anything in substance now, especially with the collapse already happened.
Also, act like? You don't really do any personality defining events in fc5, you don't speak or do anything other than killing/flying/or interacting with objects to later kill something. The true ending is trying to arrest Joesph and ultimately watching your entire support system die by your/god's hand, and no matter what happens, the deputy/former you will always be indoctrinated. It's also easier to just make a gender-neutral character as deputy since pretty much all characters from fc5 look the same (besides just updated to match the age they are) and again, they were indoctrinated by joesph, I doubt they care about looking how they did 17 yrs ago with the most american looking outfit, or looking like Faith.
@@HolyLogios I'd get that. Makes me wish Ubisoft made a character like Jason or Ajay instead of a silent protag.
@@私の名前を翻訳しないでください Except they did but unlike Far cry 3/4, they most likely went with a silent character to focus less on the main character and more on the antagonist. if anything, Far Cry 5 is less focused on the main protagonist's story (which is very little) but Joesph's story, which would explain why they went into depth of each of the seed family, why Joesph still continues to live (again, survivor's guilt is a terrible thing and no one comes out the same, even Joesph is different than he was in FC5), but Deputy lived technically so instead of just saying that he ran, or something, they just kept him in a different form in a somewhat reasonable position as a gun for hire, rather than an mindless NPC.
Jason had a story in which he turned into being a mass murderer who is extremely important to the events that happen, and Ajay is a man who ultimately decided who ruled the area that he was in and ultimately fucked everything up, both were very important men and decision makers. Deputy wasn't the most important person in the plot (if anything, he was a tool), Joesph was because he held the reins the entire time even if he didn't know what the end result would truly look like.
I know why the judge/Rook wears a mask because in far cry 5 you can change the heads and the skin
Rook/Deputy: im a monster :(
Ajay(Bad Ending): first time?
Which one was Far Cry 4's bad ending again?
@@rafabuda0 ajay kills pagan and pagan min was actually the good guy
@@Complete_Stranger7050 I see, although it wasn't so much Pagan being the good guy as it was the Golden Path leaders being worse. What are our choices again? Either a drug nation or a religious regime? Yeah...
*Heh*
"Im a daddy now, got a lil boy named rook, what about you you some kinda *death monster thing?*" I love this dude
Make sure you check out that photograph questline. The one by the old church basically cements that Rook is the Judge and honestly drives a stake into my heart. He was so beloved by everyone and even respected by the cultists, and now look at what he's been reduced to.
Makes me want to give him one of those apples, to give him a taste of true power to redeem himself. Now, maybe his soul is black, but something tells me he'd defeat the beast.
Damn it’s tragic Joseph turned the rook into the judge
@Hoàng Nguyên Actually if you had finished Far cry 5 in the bomb ending where Joesph implies that he will indoctrinate the Deputy, read the notes from Rook in the bunker in New dawn that is basically him/her describing his/her guilt, pretty much breaking under Joesph, and wearing the mask to hide his/her guilt/shame, as well as the fact that he/she cries when talking to Nana and another character. I will say that they are not normal, or at least not without suffering from some pretty severe PTSD or survivors guilt.
@Hoàng Nguyên Actually... I was indeed wrong about them being brainwashed (They was more manipulated than brainwashed) but the Deputy was not treated as a "family member with genuine love" and Joesph would have killed them if he had not passed "Judgement" on him.
Going by the actually Far Cry wiki for The Junior Deputy/Judge, its both a mixture of survivor's guilt, PTSD, and Joesph basically manipulating him for his guilt for killing people...by making his role be killing people/protecting Father. If anything, it's crueler that he left the Deputy alive when asked to killed them but begged for the same thing at the end.
@Hoàng Nguyên I mean it is kinda his fault for everything. He killed so many people, ruined families, friends, killed innocents like his daughter, and didn't stop to think if what he was doing was what he should be doing.
@Hoàng Nguyên Lol I once read an interesting thing in a fanfiction story but honestly, it was like 'I could see that' situation: What is Joesph isn't a messenger of God who hears him, but the Antichrist who is being manipulated by the Devil? L
Joseph wasn't aggressive towards Dep, he took deputy to Dutch's Bunker, He didn't try Brainwash, The Deputy Writes journal Entries if you Quickly go back inside the Bunker after find the book, you can read them. Dep wrote about How he kept hearing Joseph's Voice, how he kept telling him that he forgives him for what he has done. They were forced to work together, live together for a long time. Imagine being stuck with someone whose family you Murdered, Whose Organization you brought down, only for them to have a change of Heart and Realize what they did was wrong and then you feel Terrible after hearing that all is forgiven. At some point you'd snap
If only the main character was allowed to speak, he would've fixed the poor bastard...
Am i the only one that is curious about Jason and AJ?
Hopefully we get to see at least AJ again one day but as far as I know the nukes were only in America so I’m sure both of them would be fine if that’s what you’re wondering about.
@@DKOIsoul I'm curious about the knock on effect it would have on the whole world's, with the United States gone.
It's like if overnight the Roman Empire just disappeared, the world would descend into Chaos.
Ah I see. Hmm yes I guess that’s worth being curious about. I’m not sure what chance we have on seeing an after effect story of the nukes for AJ and Jason but I’m not sure if Jason would even have to worry too much but as for AJ I guess he probably got caught in it
@@DKOIsoul well, the devs said it was a worldwide event, as in *total nuclear war.*
Assuming that the Leave Ending is canon, it's likely that Jason died during the Collapse.
Same could be said for Ajay, if he had returned to the US. Kyrat likely remained unscathed by the nukes, since the country was too busy at war with itself (and not with any country with nuclear bombs). Thus not making itself a target.
Is the guy with the mask the deputy you play as in 5?
yes
Yes
Yes
Who do you play as
Low quality pizza A new character called Cap.
So... Basically the judge is us from Far cry 5? It makes sense cause we decide everything in far cry 5 and as Joseph said we are "the judge of God"
Possibly rook ended brainwashed for a while till we got him back
My favorite interaction is the one with Hurk
I like how that despite now being afraid of Rook, Hurk still makes an effort to reconnect with him / her.
Is Nana Rook's grandma? Kinda weird that he/she just cried when interacting with her.
I believe he was just generally crying but nana interacts
Bang
Rooks just crying out of guilt
At this point rook is about as old as joseph seed so his/her grandma wouldn't be alive
Maybe he remembered his family
3:59 listen closely deputy is crying
Ok so carmina straight up confirmed that hes dep
Joseph Seed: I give you my judge...they only speak the language of violence
Me: Aye, I suppose I was a bit of a vicious bastard back then wasn't I.
On another note, I wonder how that Rye girl would feel if she found out that the Judge helped her parents when her mum went into labour.
03:20 - Oh man, if only she knew. That dude has seen some shit.
"Talking"
The judge should have taken off his mask when Joseph died and thrown it away. (Joseph wanted the deputy to be good again and also to be a part of his family and Joseph's death would be a transitional period for the cult where the deputy could have become its leader) and if you spared Joseph the deputy should have given the mask back so that Joseph would not have to be the leader of new Eden any more
John Kubiak u doo doo 💩
Jk
Imagine the smile Rook had in his face when he saw us. He waited for seventeen years because he *knows* we’ll return to Hope County. And the moment we laid eyes on him, I knew the first thought that popped in his head was: “Welcome back.”
5:42
(hears grunts)
(Looks behind)
Oh shit! Judge, this is not what you think!
Ha lol the captain will be dead by the judge
its so sad to see the rook end up like this. he escaped faith, jacob, and john's trances, but JOSEPH is the one that gets to him? like come on rook, you spent all of far cry 5 killing the seed family and capturing joseph, just to end up as a grunting, masked hunter? ubisoft could atleast tell us how rook ended up like this
If you go to the bunker 5 ended in you finds rooks notes saying he has surviver guilt and how he was converted to Joseph way
Imagine killing mass amounts of people because you believe they are wrong (which they are mostly) but then being proved wrong by a nuclear fallout and being trapped with the guy you were supposed to kill for 7-9 years. He'd totally brain fuck you for ruining his plans to save people in nuclear bunkers. Thus the guilt would set in and you would just break. In this case he wears a mask to afraid to show himself to the world. He believes he caused the nukes.
Would be cool for them to create a short cinematic montage of what happened in the bunker so we understood what happened to him.
@@JustapErson Think of the saw movies with all the mental gymnastics and all the after effects minus the convuluted trap bullshit. Keep in mind, the deputy sees himself as the cause for the plot nuke coming down in the first place. He got mind fucked with it for almost 10 years.
There is nothing worse than seeing a broken Man.
It's both heartbreaking and heartwarming for him to see all his friends again, he fought for them and he would have died for them
Joseph: he understands only one language THE LANGUAGE OF HEH
