I have three family house I got for my from my family 12 years ago I had plenty of squatters as many as six incidences. It's been so difficult this pandemic made it impossible with the eviction moratorium with squatters living here for 5 1/2 undocumented and other one is typical Brooklyn Mafia thug Aspen live here over 4 years. He had me friendly crippled on my left leg when one of his friends at pizzeria destroying my knee and meniscus. The situation is hopeless diesel apartments are six rooms renting for 2000. Two individuals are destroying my life many times I feel suicidal just no way out when you try to help homeless people that destroy your life when you take them in and they promised to move out but they know they can get away with it abusing a senior citizen who is now permanently disabled so this is the America our fought and died for only to keep the corrupt on the opportunist and the thieves in business from the police department to politicians to the squatters there's just no way out I tried 15 senior citizen agencies they don't know how to deal with elder abuse and the Brooklyn DA's office is as corrupt. I don't know what to do except higher lawyers that will cost tens of thousands of dollars to evict these deadbeat fathers who are just losers
10 years prison mandatory for any squatter. Taking over another person‘s property is grand theft.

Well couldnt the owner themselves simply move into there home change locka and put up cameras and when the squatters arrive they can do the same thing show proof of ownership ? DONE.
You can't change the locks on them if they are claiming to be tenants. If you do move in you could but that's extremely dangerous.
No owners can and are being arrested for any aggressive movement toward squatters. Simply think of a squatter as your tenant since the law sees them that way. It’s illegal for a homeowner to move into the house with a tenant.

Squatter hunter party? It's cool to help ppl out w squatting problem especially if they aren't taking care of the place....but is the squatter hunter team taking time to also help the ppl that are homeless possibly jobless if they accept?
Yes as my family was homeless when I was young. Care will always be given to homeless when and if I ever run across a homeless person squatting in a residential maintained property. So far not one case.
Flash, I have a suggestion. You are an incredible speaker. You are comfortable infront of the camera. You can hold a conversation. You articulate your thoughts well. But, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, you are a horrible producer.
I hope you get a sponsor or something soon so you can invest some money in your RUclips channel and hire a producer and stuff to run things for you on RUclips. Cus your RUclips game, and honestly social media game in general is weak.
The problem is you need money to hire someone to help you with youtube and I'm sure your channel would take off but... You need money to hire someone so you need your channel to take of first...
I just found out about you and love what you are doing. You are doing God's work! But your channel is dis organized. It's hard to figure out what's a squatter video vs what's a media interview vs what's a law change commentary.
And the squatter videos themselves could be packaged better with some editing to not only make them more informative and give viewers context and background info etc... But also make them more interesting to sit through.
I'm sure you'll figure it out in due time but I think that's what's going to take your channel to the next level and if you have a few hundred thousand subscribers with each video getting a few hundred thousand views, you can make alot of money just from RUclips adsense like every RUclipsr out there which then you can invest that money into other parts of your business.
Don't squat where ppl have big money. If you do squat don't trash the place, take care of the house.

It’s not a meet and greet first off. I’m breaking down your situation and giving you the advice you need to solve your problem. If you need us to help you I’m spending my time working out the details with you. This is completely optional to get my advice, help and not for everyone. If a $150 is a road block and you don’t see the value I understand and wish you the best.
