Excellent work Mark! The EFP are legit and a steal for their price.
The man himself that I can thank for educating me on these buds. I bought them 2 months ago off your review and love them. 👊🏾
I bought these after watching a heap of your bud reviews (and a few others). I mostly stream TV in bed and I think they are great! Music seems fine to me. I like the bass. I don't have much to compare them too, but I'm totally pleased and there are absolutely no regrets at the price! Very recommended!
The best budget ANC buds for sure and nice pro review 😉
How about call quality?
thanks Mark, I always keep coming back to your channel when looking for earphones!, your production quality is on fire, and I can always trust you are sharing your real thoughts on what you review. Keep it up man!
Love your work! Excellent review, subscribed!
After using these for a few weeks: These have a rather clean sound, which I like - because I listen to a lot of Podcasts and spoken word.
They are also very small, which is a plus for me because I sometimes use these when I sit or lie down. I jumped on these because of the 20% offer and I'm glad I did. Battery life is fine, but not as good as some of my larger ear-buds, because of the size. But I wanted SMALL buds.
Thanks for your helpful review, you always provide a lot of detail - which is just what I need.
hey mrk can you do a review of soundcore q10 cuz your reviews are very detailed and answers all pf my questions.
Great video. Can you review the soundpeats true air 2 with the gaming mode next?
Had the mpow x6 returned them for the EFP glad I did these blow the mpow away. A steal for the price.
Great videos Mark! Are there any foam tips that work with the earfun other then comply?
Just pulled the trigger for the earffuns on amazon.
I listen to mostly podcasts all day at work and some RUclips and have used earbuds from Target without any research, just needed a pair and while they have served their purpose I figured since I use them so much I should actually p/u a decent pair (without going crazy) and I hope these will fill that need perfectly.
TY for the reviews, I like the style of video and will sub.
Bought it after watching the review, really happy with them! Love the bass
Great review and spot on about Rock. Metalheads, I'd avoid the Earfun FP unless you listen at low volume or have a great Eq on hand. In fact imo everything sounds better at low volume with these.
Turn them up and they absolutely *shriek* 😬 in the lower treble region. The entire mid spectrum is buried behind that harsh unnatural brightness. Anything with a lot of high mid content is imo unlistenable loud.
The volcanic bass is really nice though, intense actually.
I can see why Pop, Hip Hop, EDM listeners might love these. They shine at music with a lot of slam and space in the mix.
If I had to choose between the two it would be the Ear Fun's. I don't really care about a companion app and the FIIL's touch controls aren't very intuitive.
It took a month to get my H1's, and so far I've enjoyed them. You're right, they definitely are chunky; but it does have a companion app and great sound.
great Video learned alot
Great review. I’ll be buying a pair of these.
Wish someone could review these videos the oluv edition pair!!!! Great vid tho man!!
Mark!!!! Oppo Enco X Man... Can't wait for you to review them.
Also Do compare them to Liberty air 2 Pro.
Excellent review, made me sub :) . you should try the limited edition tuned by Oluv, he really sorted out the highs and toned down the bass a little.
Sold out. The second batch as well
@@hyprhyp A third batch is for sale now.
Great reviews certainly. Need a pair of earbuds with best microphone. Any suggestions?
Hey Mark, can you do a review on the Cambridge Audio Melomania buds, would love to hear your thoughts! especially in comparison to the Sennheisers
Excellent video as always, however not sure if its deliberate but the text on all scores is blurry, hurts my eyes when the rest of the video is so crisp :) .
Can you review the JLAB epic air? I'm considering between that and Tronsmart Apollo Smart
Please do tribit flybuds c1 review and comparison... Want to know ur expertise in helping me decide which one to buy.
What’s your take on ambient quality, hearing it’s not good. Why is this so hard for buds to get right?
I just listened to my favorite, AC/DC. Sounds like being at a concert. Angus and the fellas sounded like WOW !!!!!! Just my opinion.
Hi Mark, Looking at the airfun they look like they have the oval air tips, however the FIL’s look like they are standard circular. Is that correct or does it just look that way in the video? Cheers
Which one would you recommend between soundpeats t2, earfun free pro, skullcandy indy anc?
Got mine a couple months ago (Earfun Free Pro) and they really are a fantastic deal for the sound and features. My biggest hope is that they come out with an app that can allow some control over the sound. I love the bass but it can be really thick sometimes. It tends to make the midrange more recessed than it is now but I've found that experimenting with ear tips (wide bore, non-shallow) can take some of the nuclear levels of boom out of the lower frequencies.
But seriously, for the sound, feature set, and price, these Free Pro's are very tough to beat!
Download the wavelet app it will help u with that with the eq
I'm not sure are you going to see my comment here but i have an important question some people saying right earbud not working after couple months or facing with low volume even you max it or or charge box doesn't charge it . Did you face with any of these problems
@@mortred3466 I never had any problems with that when I was using them.
Man just wanted to know which can be the best wireless earbuds for gyming and running with best sound just couldn't make a decision money is not an issue.. Hoping to get a reply
There's a new pair of headphones called the Rolfstone Focus that has 70 hours of battery life with NC and 100 without. I'd love to hear your thoughts on those.
I'm looking at this vs the FIIL ones, and i really like how the FIIL has the app and touch control for going back a track, which the EarFun has neither. Would it be a big deal that the EarFun doesn't have these? A big thing for me is anc though.
Had both but the earfun i found to boomy in the bass so i gave it to a friend and kept the t1 .
Thanks, great video again!
Do you have another video of some dual-driver hp? And what is your opinion on their sound? Best of success!
Compared to the Tronsmart Apollo Bold, which of these 2 are better? Talking about overall uses (use on a laptop, too)
Received them yesterday. Great quality for the price. Maybe only control gestures are a little on slower side/response.
It seems like these would be your recommendation for budget earbuds. But what what are the buds you'd recommend regardless of price for Android?
And on that note, do these work well on Android? Some models I've tried were obviously designed for Apple.thanks
I'm waiting on my Oluv Editions. I've never been let down by anything that Oluv recommended.
Let us know how they are
@@TheBigKing0 i have them. they are really good. there's hardly a reason to buy anything better, except voice clarity while riding a bike maybe. they come with 4 different tips and are comfortable to wear for a long time. you can even lay in bed with these. they last very long too.
most importantly sound quality is pretty neutral with tastefull emphasizises on bass and highs to make it sound hi-fi. it reveals all my bad recordings too LOL. they have some monitoring potential. soundwise it's something for everyone
@@cuerex8580 lmao good to know ty
@@TheBigKing0 I really like the Earfun Free Pro Oluv Edition. They sound spot on to my ears. Great sound with no harshness and everything sounds smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them since they are putting out a third batch now.
@@cuerex8580 what would u recommend for talking while bike riding that's literally what I need
I'm not going to lie to you. I've been avoiding your videos bc I don't like the way you title your videos. However I watched this video specifically bc you compared them to the FIIL and that was the exact video I've been looking for. And I'm really glad I watched bc you're the person that convinced me to buy the Fun Proa and they're fantastic. I have the Galaxy Buds Plus and the only thing that the Buds do better than the Earfuns (so far that I've tested) are having the ability to go back a track when it comes to music. The Buds also have the ability to open spotify from the touch pad which is really nice. I haven't tested the mic yet compared to the Buds+ but the sound of the Earfuns coupled with an EQ app like Wavelet have outshined the Galaxy Buds+ that really as long as the other person can hear me clearly these will be better than the Buds+ imo. I didn't realize how much the Buds+ lacked in bass until I used these. It's quite sad honestly hahah. I'm like a deprived child that doesn't know any better than what they've always known. But I love me some bass apparently!
You forgot that the earfun lacks in-ear detection to play and pause. While the FIIL has that and return track, and a dedicated EQ that saves to the buds themselves so it carries over to any device you use. ;)
@@zereon I was comparing them to the Buds+ not the Fiil though. He was comparing them to the Fiil. But the Buds+ don't have in ear detection either.
Please do a review on earfun air pro as well :)
Hii, thanks for this review. Anyway my dog just bit my samsung buds plus, now it's broken. I need to buy something with better sounds (more dynamic) and probably better mic since Samsung buds+ sounds a bit too low for my laptop and not punchy. Would you suggest fiil t1 pro is great or better change compared to buds+? Thank you so much
great review
Tried to use your link and code, must have timed out. Good video, thanks for doing the review.
earbuds for rock and metal music?
sony wf 1000xm3
airpods pro
edifier nb2
galaxy bud
which one would be best? or any alternative please?
Have you tryed the boltune elite hybrid active noise canceling?
How do these compare to the Soundpeats H1 and Moondrop Sparks?
I'm mainly intrested in sound quality.
I just got the Oluv's Editions! Can't wait to try them
How do you like them?
@@AxemanMessiah I'll let you know when it arrives!
@@BoundedNutHead and how do they sound ? So curious
@@a.m.3118 Just got them today. All I can say is wow. The bass response is really tight and accurate. Not too boomy just finely tuned. Clear minds in spoken word, high treble curve but not too sharp and fatiguing. Its like the treble is just about to be really sharp but it trails off nicely and brightly. It is sort of neutral but also really fun to listen to. My only gripe is that the volume is not the loudest.
@@BoundedNutHead I bought these too and I really enjoy the sound quality with no harshness.
I think the T1 Pro are available now. It's available on Amazon with prime shipping so at the very least it is available in the U.S.
can't decide between the mpow M30 and these earfuns, any ideas? @mrkwd
06:37 I'm searching for multipoint paring earbuds, with volume control and a small charchingcase. Do you have suggestions?
Mark, if you only had enough money ($50 to $75) to buy just one, would you get the Ear Fun Free Pro or the TOZO NC9 or another? If it matters, for me, mic quality matters a lot as I'm out in the field as a visiting nurse and can be on and off the phone in-between visits in my car while driving (the windows may be up or down depending on the weather). Thank you.
I take it since it wasn't mentioned, the button feedback is just a beep. I kind of like the verbal feedback in other earbuds...
If you fall asleep and roll over, does that activate the touch sensors? Is there a way to turn off the touch controls?
Damn when will the fiil t1 pros drop in America?? Haven’t they already been out for like 6 months in China?
Which is better the Earfun Pro Free or the Soundpeats T2? If you had to choose between Earfun vs T2 vs Jabra Elite active 75t which would you pick? Can these two cheaper models compete with the Jabra?
My opinion is that the FIIL T1 Pro are a better choice for the APP and the EQ, you can tune it to your personal taste.
Lypertek levi review and does it have connectivity issues
I have the Fiil T1 x and when I tap the left ear bud 3 times to decrease the volume it tells me the volume is at max. So how do you decrease the volume. Somebody help me please!
Please help me find a multipoint true wireless earbuds that can connect two Bluetooth device at the sametime please
I would love these, if they would let me remap the buttons so I could mute/unmute the mic instead of the assistant toggle. Working from home I need to mute/unmute my mic all the time and a simple button press would really help. And please drop the ANC and give me aptx instead (I get nauseated using ANC) 😏
should i grab this or the liberty air 2 pro?
Can you please test liberty pro3
Hey Mark, did you noticed the Oluv Edition of the Earfun Free Pro? They got a nice tune and are superior to the normal pros (and much more expensive ones). Maybe you can check them and give us your thoughts
The Oluv edition is in a league of its own. You could actualy use them to judge how good your music is instead of using your music to judge the earbud. they really are like studio monitors. I dont think there is anything else like it besides the etymotic series maybe. But those are not wireless.
Pleass who is best EFP or soundpest A2 Nc ???
How about talking a look at the Edifier NB2 too?
They're actually not as great as hyped by the reviewers.
What do you mean by multipoint pairing?
Does this pause the music when 1 bud is removed and resumes when I wear it back?
Have you ever encountered any problems with the T1 Pro? Like one of the earbuds is not charging or connecting etc?
Eh? What about the QCY HT01 or Mpow X6 then? Aren't they even cheaper?
I bought the Earfun Free Pro and will be returning them. The sound quality was poor and there was hardly any bass. I was expecting a lot better sound quality based upon the reviews.
Which buds would you pick for rock/metal genre?
These are good but choose the bass mode in the app for the FIIL or just get Cambridge Audio Melomania
The earfun vs the tronsmart appollo bold?
Does anyone know if you can ship these to sweden can't seem to find it
soundpeats h1 were shipped already
Are these better than the anker life a1?
Waiting for soundpeat t2 review
Are these better than the mpow m30 plus
You mentioned these had average sound stage for the price. What pair of buds would you rec for somebody looking for very good sound stage regardless of price? Thanks!
Earfun Free Pro do has good soundstage, but you had to get better eartips.
Could you tell me between earfun free pro and edifier tws 1 pro which one has better sound for rock and metal? :)
Edifier
Sound peats 3se or earfun free pro?
My phone and most samsung phones nowadays allow you to mix audio and equalize from your phone settings so no companion app needed for the most part.
In terms of sound quality, good bass and volume, are the fiil t1 pro or the soundpeats h1 better?
I prefer my EFFP's over my H1's in most cases. However, neither are disappointing at the discounted prices that I paid for them (EURO 40, USD 53, resp).
Review the tozo nc7
I personnaly already have the T1 pro those are great! But... The companion app is booting my bluethoot by itself, draining my battery. It's strange and I'm not sure what the app making with my data.
Wf1000xm3 which better?
Which has the lowest latency? fill t1 pro or earfun free pro
I jumped the gun and bought the T1Pro from China assuming they would update the app. Big mistake, they then launched the EFP while my T1P has constant connection probs with Chinese seller refusing the return. Do what Mark says and go for EFP if you want these, but I need to add that the fit isn’t good for me. I’m considering the Life A2 NC now...
That's kind of sucks if the seller refused the return of their defective item, who's that seller so we should avoid? Is there supposed to be customer/technical support of the FIIL themselves?
You should have a google sheet or something where people compare your scoring etc
I got these and nobody can hear me through the mic, and they continuously suffer audio dropouts while listening to music on the move, I've had them 3 days and already want to return them.
If applicanle, make sure low latency (gaming) mode is 'off'. Causes serious dropouts for just normal listening.
They broke after three months. The case keeps blinking red when i put in the dead earbud and the alive earbud will not connect to my phone
Hi I need your help pls. I lost these earbuds and want a 2nd pair of new earbuds- what would you recommend that is better? I don’t mind price , are the jabra elite 75t better?
If price is not the limitation, the next question should be Apple or Android?
I bought the Earfun pro earbuds after watching your review. I am struggling to get them to fit in my small ear canals. Even with the bigger wing tips the ANC is rubbish because they don't fit. After 10 minutes in my ears they hurt. I will be sending them back.
I don't think there are a pair of ANC earbuds for my ears? I want a pair that don't stick out of your ears because I wear a woolly hat in the winter when out with my camera.
Depending on the price, the fiil t pro has diff blue tooth speeds
I bought these earbuds and I really loved them... but then the right earbud became quieter than the left, so I'm returning them as the difference in volumes between the buds drives me crazy and affects the ANC, which is what I bought them for. I tried cleaning them, leaving them along, and making sure they were fully charged, but it didn't help. It also made the right earbud sit differently in my ear, almost like it was suctioned into my ear and puts lots of pressure on the inside of my ear. So, be warned, but this probably isn't a common occurrence as I didn't see this in any of the reviews I looked at. So, other than that, they are really great! I've had them for less than a month and haven't put them in water or dropped them at all. I'm very careful with my tech as I don't have a lot of money that I can waste on expensive purchases, so I'm not sure why it started malfunctioning, and wanted to share this disclaimer as they are practically perfect in every other way I found.
Maybe somebody can help me! My pair of Fiil T1 pro more than one year old. I use mostly phonecalls only the left side. Now I have that symptom. I took the left bud out of the charger works only ten seconds and dead. Any time I do the same issue happens. The right side works perfect.
Do the earfun or fiil t1 pro have an app or app compatibility now? Because I have the fiil t1xs and want an upgrade but no app is a deal breaker for me more or less
Earfuns do not have an app. However, you can always install an equalizer. They are a bit too bassy out of the box so I tuned the bass down a bit.
@@madafakas2008 I have the fiil t1xs , since they look almost the same I thought they had the same sound to them and app
Also, quick question, Mark. I need TWS that basically need only 3 thing : Great call quality, Aptx, good battery life. Don't care much about wireless charging, anc or anything else. What would you suggest? I've got a pretty open budget, just looking for the best.
He doesn't seem to answer to many questions down here in the comment section.😔
... Pretty sure the earbuds he reviewed are what you are looking for.
@@Disdain7133 No aptx though.
I have 6 excellent pairs of earbuds. The Earfun Free pro are the absolute best. I rate them a 10 in all areas. To add, they have the absolute best customer service I have ever worked with. I honestly would not trade these for Bose. If so, I would have paid for the Bose rather than 6 sets of buds. If I have trouble out of my buds, I would simply call customer service.
The discount code is no good. Could you please look into that? (US)
These are good for listening to soft instrumental music, but any regular music leaves a lot to be desired because they have almost zero bass. This is a bright treble sound and that's about it. Still, pretty good for the price, but they simply aren't going to satisfy even a middle of the road audiophile.
