Prusa Slicer Bug? Objects losing their bottom layers

Came across a curiosity in PrusaSlicer that seems to happen every time I merge multiple objects - Some of them lose their bottom layers!
Anyone else encounter this?

Getting something similar. The bottom layer disappears from the preview once I get above the Layer Height Modifier I set.

Yes but with other stuff any way to get it away?
Even if i pull it down its still not printing propperly
