Made these today. It took me about 30 minutes to knead and it was still sticky. Sprinkled some flour, but became sticky again. So I gave up and started the rising process. Dough became less sticky after the first rise. End result, bread came out soft. Highly recommend this recipe.
I used 2 cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt & yeast, I warmed both the milk & water, proceeded with the rest of the authors’ instructions, baked it for 375 F for 20 minutes, AND FINALLY not only it looked just like the photo but also so soft, fluffy and delicious!!! Thank You soo much cook kafemaru!!!! LOVE it!!!

I made my very first bread with your recipe (but only 1/2 portion) and they turned out super niiice! 🥰 But I had something urgent to do so I left the dough for almost an hour for the last rest and they raised almost 3 time before I put them in the over 😂

So bread flour normally is a high protein flour with min 12% protein whilst multipurpose flour is a medium protein flour which contains around 10-11% and the other one is cake flour, low protein flour with 8-9% protein. You definitely can use multipurpose for anything, however it would be not as good (optimal) as if you use a specific type of flour for its speciality purpose. Hope it helps!

Rainbow Pie grams is easier than ml. Avoid error
is the milk should be warm??
@@aidadanao484 it should be warm to activate the yeast, you can also use it at room temperature if you live in a warm place. hope that was helpful

Did u use all purpose flour (maida) or bread flour. If you used Maida- did u make any changes in the receipe.
