This is a side, but most women from Southern Africa always have amazing skin, even as thick as they are, you don’t see blemish or stretch marks. What’s the skin care regimen?
I absolutely loved this video but to answer yr question - Combination of several elements - mainly organic food consumed from birth including being breast feed from birth , all year sunshine - Vit D essential for us melanted folks . Not as much pollution like the west , whilst makeup is worn its not an obsession like the west . Southern Africa woman writing here ....been living in the UK for over 2 decades and almost majority of both relatives and wider African and In general black demographic that also came from the global south that i know well , now in the west came as you describe but after consuming a western diet thats laced with toxins and hormone disrupting agents for decades , lack of sunshine ( severe vitamin D depletion) to heavily polluted air , water systems and of course high stress levels...leading to weight gain fast ,skin totally wrecked , excessive cellulite , stretch marks as u rightly say no way like how u see in Africa. Toxic Legacy is a powerful book that addresses the western toxic food legacy . Also black folks we suffer more as likes of Dr Sebi and others in wellness ,African health and spirituality highlighted that our black race especially those of us in the west suffer most coz the food we eat here is totally against our digestion , hence again rise in allergens and digestive complications .....We are what we eat and sad thing is all of us regardless of race though in the west then spend millions on the gym ,beauty skin, detox products to try and recapture the African glow you mention but truly uphill battle because ultimately the western system is an upside down system in every way, it works against and fights everything natural ,organic ....so we will be forever be fighting a losing battle ...interim solution, which I do is to eat organic food as best i can both sourced from local markets in the west or even get from relatives visiting from Africa , reduce my stress levels , exercise as much as I can and absorb as much vit d as I can . I'm passionate about holistic wellness, African wellness ,so your comment is a side note but a very relevant part ( coz you are what you eat and by extension yr environment) and this video focuses on the agriculture rain making spiritual growth.....so all these points are always intertwined and can't be seen on their own without considering other elements ...hope my write up helped .
