Played repeatedly on the radio. And at the bowling alleys, including the one my friends and I bowled at as a team. This jam and a couple others, both by Bob Seger And The Silver Bullet Band [ Night Moves & Mainstreet ] were constantly chosen by kids from the juke box. Never got tired of them.
It’s so weird that these guys also did the song Brick House! I love both songs, it’s just hard to fathom two songs being so completely different from each other. These guys could do it all.
A song that when I hear it, I seem to sing it the rest of the day and that is The Gap Band's Oop's Up Side Your Head. Just take a listen. Charlie Wilson is one of the best singers to me. Funky...
Us music lovers suffer from “ ear worms “ often, and the only cure is to find the song and play it, and it may or may not go away. I play most of my music through Apple Music but RUclips is probably the fastest way to punch a song up.
I'm an attorney and there's a woman in the county's prosecutors office whose name is Miss Jackson. Every time I have to speak with her, in my head for a few days following our interaction all I hear is "sorry Miss Jackson oooh I am fo real..."😅😅
Of course Sail On is also a song like this, and back then people talked about both songs because it was kinda rare for a man to sing about the failing relationship that he wants to get out of, it was is still and always been women, or the woman’s side of the story.
Pretty good song, usually not my style of music, but Lionel has a great voice! Don't know if you've reacted to Earth Wind and Fire yet, but that's a great band, you should react to September and other songs by them!
my earworm is actually 2 songs "Viva La Vida" (when I ruled the world) - Coldplay and the Joe Satriani song they lifted the melody from (it's settled legal case) "If I Could Fly"
Love the channel it has a cool vibe but the words ear worm is kind of gross, but there is a way of calling that which you describe and its referred to as a song ringing in my ear..
This reminded me a a similar song called, I’m Easy by Keith Carradine from the movie Nashville. It won the Oscar for song of the year 1975. David Carradine of Kung Fu tv show fame is his brother. The lyrics are quite different, but the melody has a similar smooth vibe. Check it out someday! 😊
Faith No More knocked it outta the park with their version. Another killer cover out there is Jane - it features Mike Portnoy (Dream Theatre , The Winery Dogs) on drums , Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake , Trans Siberian Orchestra) on guitar , and a newcomer named Dino Jelusick on vocals , bass and keyboards. He's the best hard rock/rock singer i've heard in the last 15yrs. Check it out.
One of my all time faves by them. It was one of my go to's at one of my kareoke spots. I've loved this song ever since it came out back in the 70's.
Yep, takes me back to my Highschool days when I just knew I was in Love with my sweetheart!!! Thanks for reacting to it sweetie!!!
love this song ,the bass player has been living in Auckland New Zealand and been jamming with my family . The sons of Zion .
Love the commodores ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍
LOOOOVE this song. It's just so smooth as butter and takes me right back to jr high.
Watching you and that big smile is a real treat! Even more so with a great song to listen to! Thanks so much, and may God bless you and yours.

Fantastic song!! Glad you like it😅
Wore out a lot of 100% polyester slacks dancing to The Commodores once upon a time.
Real talent! I enjoy watching these guys actually playing instruments and singing unlike the music today.
I got some friends who went to Alabama St. back in the 70's..Said these guys were always playing at all the local places..
My earworm is Cold by Chris Stapleton. Once I hear it, it does not leave my head. Easy is a GREAT song!
For me it’s either the song I hear before I turn radio off to go to work or a song I haven’t heard in years that randomly pops in my head lol
Love this Song❤
If you havent done it yet... Faith No More did a cover of this and OMG Mike Patton flat killed it.

" I Don't look good naked anymore " by the The Snake Oil Willie Band?
Love this song
Lord I can listen to Lionel Richie all day.
That's the one and only Lionel Richie singing lead on this song!! He started by playing saxophone in the background
my earworm is actually 2 songs "Viva La Vida" (when I ruled the world) - Coldplay and the Joe Satriani song they lifted the melody from (it's settled legal case) "If I Could Fly"
Love it
Amazing when you were singing you sounded just like him
Love the channel it has a cool vibe but the words ear worm is kind of gross, but there is a way of calling that which you describe and its referred to as a song ringing in my ear..

Great song. Try "deep water" by Richard Clapton for an earworm 🇭🇲

What happened, you got your own show. Are you and your partner still together ?
Two shows!

Lionel at his best
Classic, although I prefer the Faith No More version.
