This is a really great phone for the price. Notchless display, headphone jack, SD 855, expandable storage, stereo speakers, same cameras for front and back with ultra wide angle, 5000 mah battery, fast charging, notification light and a much cleaner UI. Kudos to Asus for truly considering what people actually want without the gimmicks other manufacturers push down the throats of consumers. I just hope it's actually priced competitively once it's available in the Philippines.
It's almost the prefect phone for me, but it still need only one thing, the IR Blaster, yeah yeah I know it's something stupid, but believe me once you try it, you'll addict it, it's so awesome, being able to control almost every device, I really enjoy this feature to play with TV a found them on the coffee or the market..., I remember that time in my work , I've still in training period, and I've noticed the AC in top of me, I spend the entire session playing with it 😂
I think they're having hard time fixing the LTE connection issues, I've been waiting like you but i think asus has no plans releasing this in our country soon?I bet Samsung galaxy a90 will even arrive here earlier.
I have friends who already have this phone 🤔 though they bought it from Shoppee, I think. Currently, I'm torn between this and the K20 Pro. If only Z6 had the amoled screen, then it would have been an easy pick for me.
Ordered here in Japan from Amazon via Chinese vendor. First unit that arrived was dead on arrival. Would not boot, tried charginf for over an hour and could feel it warm slightly as expected, but still could not start the phone. Packed it to take home and try with other fast charger. When I took the unit out of my back, the retail box was hot to the touch and the phone too painful to hold. I will say so far the vendor is being good, though the only unit available, (next week) is the 64gb version rather than the 128 I originally ordered. Not sure how a completely dead and dangerous device got this far, but I will reserve judgement. Shipped back yesterday, and I expect to see the replacement end of next week or the following. I will say having held the device, it is a solid and beautiful device. I was surprised that the back is not such a fingerprint magnet. But of course, I was terribly disappointed I could not get it up and running to see that magical camera module. More later...

Finger print sensor on the front doesn't make any sense. They're literally forcing you to put fingerprints on the glass. Plus it's so much more natural on the back.
I've had my Zenfone 6 since it's release, I must say it's really an amazing phone. No notch, amazing battery for my use, 12 hours of screen on time, good performance. Only bad thing really is that the camera as you said can move by just shaking or running with the phone in my pocket. Also from what I see your phone flips the camera way faster than mine 😂

Not to mention he also did scratch, drop, bend, waterproofing test.

Then I thought, well it is a new year... i wonder if they're going to release a 6th gen zenfone. Found out about this and have been trying to find info. then they released info in may and have been waiting ever since. So stoked to get it. About two more weeks! I def. think this is a 'flagship' killer. Half the cost, and almost all the same hardware. Aside from no wireless charging and no super amoled screen. i can discount those for half the price and keeping the 8GB Ram/256gb Memory. oh yess! i don't care about fingerprint sensor or face scanning. turn both that off. If anyone is wondering, this does support ARCore.

When you say a 1 month review, people will expect you to have a deeper review specifically the pros and cons of the phone, what this youtuber did was like a 24 hour review where you just show the phone specs. Don't worry, I won't watch this youtuber again because obviously, he's not a tech expert people can rely on.
Just looking at it , the only downer I see , Is the display looks a bit dim out in the daylight , not a deal breaker though. I too am a bit preferable to the rear fingerprint sensor .
When I tried, HDR ++ actually does take a second or two to take photo, but aside from that, the phone does take photos really quickly (even with HDR+), so I wonder if u just had HDR++ on the whole time.
As a person with a different usecase (heavy due to disability) I can say I am happy to see no AMOLED, my previous 3 phones have been OLED and all got burn in on the screen after the 1 year mark, unusable by 2 year mark. I'm happy to see flagship internals here with IPS screen so I can keep using the phone for even 3 years.. especially cause Asus just dropped a 12GB ram version with 512GB of internal storage !

I had a really hard time trying to find this in the UK but in the end someone on eBay was selling at £375 and I'm now using this as my daily driver (fyi watching this on my ZenFone 6)
I've always preferred having the fingerprint sensor on the back. It means regardless of how I pick up my phone I can register and use my index finger and my middle finger on both hands as the digit to unlock it with. When the reader is on the front you're kinda stuck with your thumb and hitting it one-handed can be a mite awkward depending on you've lifted it.
The Asus 6z Mobile has the convenience of an auto panorama camera. So I bought an Asus 6z mobile from flipkart. But, the photo from the auto panorama camera is not exactly captured. From the ground to the ceiling, the pieces of the ceiling fan (ON) are shot vertically in the photo. Likewise horizontally the vehicles in the photo were shot broken. That means, auto panorama is utterly useless.
i have asus zenfone 6 right now. trust me that camera durability is way better than we think. whenever i took selfie with my 9 month daughter, she always suddenly grabs that flip and even it fell one or two times but all went fine and working fine...
All things are beautiful until you reach the distribution side. For one month, I try to pre-order an Asus Zenphone 6 8Gb 256Gb phone (I want to pay in advance), which came out in May 2019. I received a reply from ASUS distributors in my country that they are not interested in this situation. (distributors recommended by local Asus representative) The official response of the local ASUS representative was that "ASUS is a producer and does not deal with distribution and is not interested in how they make their sales." I asked to give me an alternative to buy from another European country with local guarantee. Their answer was categorically "NO!" I am an old user of ASUS products and honestly I have had no problems with them, but I wonder if the same thing happens with the warranty part?

Definitely zenfone 6.. Picture quality slightly better on 7t with rear cam, but video quality is amazing on zenfone 6 and especially if you like to vlog/record yourself front camera on zenfone 6 beats 7t by a mile

Definitely a front sensor fan. I often use my phone on a table and if it is locked it is so much easier to unlock from the top rather than either reaching out for the back or entering the password

This is a better value IMHO. I don't mind LCD. I think AMOLED hurts our eyes in the long run. 5000mAh battery is dope. I think its a buy.

Correction, 1tb is not equal to 1000gb. 1tb= 1024 gb. Hence max storage is 1280 gb.
