All Ground coffee grinder and other Fiorenzato grinders

Fiorenzato has never been talked about enough. Unlike other Italian coffee grinder manufacturers like Mazzer and Eureka, Fiorenzato has never become a household name. I would bet that people know the San Remo All ground coffee grinder but not realise it's actually a Fiorenzato grinder. They just haven't been pushing their brand name enough compared to other manufacturers - maybe they don't care or need to.
But the quality of these grinders are still top notch and if you want a grinder that isn't just another single dose grinder then maybe have a look at the Firorenzato models and see if there is something you like.

Is the all ground a time or weight base grinder? I thought it is weight based, but the gentleman here says otherwise?
