ऐसे बढ़ाए GFR और घटाए Creatinine | Tips to Increase GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) Naturally
    *Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR):
GFR is the rate at which the kidneys filter the blood in 1 minute.
It is very crucial in assessment of kidney function. Thus, it helps in indicating how effectively the kidneys perform the filtration of waste from the blood. Continuous monitoring of GFR levels helps in the early detection of kidney problems and hence guides the patient to take appropriate treatment decision for their kidney treatment.
    *eGFR:
Known as the Estimated GFR, it can be calculated using the values of creatinine levels. Age and gender of the patient is also required here.
Link to calculate eGFR online: www.davita.com...
*Different eGFR Values and the Corresponding Stage of Kidney Failure:
    more than 90 mL/min/1.73m - Stage 1
    60-90 mL/min/1.73m - Stage 2
    30-60 mL/min/1.73m - Stage 3
    *DTPA Renal Scan Test:
A test in which doctors inject a special iodine substance into the bloodstream and track its exit time through urine. This helps to evaluate kidney function by revealing how efficiently the kidneys are working.
*Tips to Increase the GFR levels Naturally:
    1. Focus on enhancing your kidney function.
    2. Determine the primary cause of your kidney damage.
    3. Regularly monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels.
    4. Consistently take prescribed medications.
    5. Follow a kidney-friendly diet and stay properly hydrated.
