11:37 Knight c3 to e4 stops this whole pin. B takes B on d2 stops you castling as king must retake, but unpins, so thats a fine outcome thats slightly in his favor. The best line i found is this: Kc3 to e4: Pawn takes pawn d5 is the best counter most players will see as they are going to take the knight and continue the pin, and this is undefendable if black isnt blind. The solution i found is bishop d5 to take back the pawn and sack the bishop. He should retake with queen, other moves i cant find may salvage it, knight f6 takes bishop d5 is probably the correct move as it has him at an advantage, yes, but at least his pin will be blocked and your queen slips out though you're down 2 material. However, if he takes bishop d5 with queen, as most players will, he has instantly lost. Knight e4 takes knight f6 with check must be retaken by pawn g7, if he moves the king either direction, queen e8 is M1. If he takes back with pawn, he is still lost to forced mate; your queen takes his rook with check, then he has to go king g7, and in a WEIRD twist since the white H pawn is on g4; it is rook h1 takes pawn h7, making king g6 forced, and queen g8 is actually Checkmate as his pawns block him in while keeping his own queen out.
Funnily enough Ke6 is the best move at least on a low depth. It's completely winning for White and either Knight to e4 is roughly equal and loses most of the advantage.
@Batman-bh6vw Yea, there are 2 or 3 other lines for trades for black in this position if you go e4 and they win the same material, but in a better position for black. I figured e4 would let you trade off better, but nope, you pretty can't salvage losing something here.
Nah, his knight wasn’t hanging. It was a discovered attack when white moved their knight, but black protected his knight as soon as he captured white’s knight.

Whats confusing is they play poor moves but their commentary mentions loads of tactical concepts the average 600 elo player would not be aware of. The average 600 is just doing random shit based on intuition. They probably can only checkmate with rooks and queen’s and make moves because they look good. They just do the 2 moves of theory they know in the opening and then improvise.
11:54 the funny thing here is that... You dont even have to worry about the queen, just take the pawn kn b7 whit ur pawn on c6... The point is if they take ur queen whit the knight, you take the rook on a8 whit the pawn and make another queen. The opponment can fork ur king and rook but at least the situation is still equal ig
he actually does the correct sequence by exchanging his knight for the bishop before taking the rook. if he takes the rook then takes the other with his queen, his knight isnt defended on e5 anymore bc his queen moved.... so then he loses his knight to Qxe5 and the white bishop isnt being lost because the white queen can defend the check and the bishop at the same time by coming back.
@@brendano3735and to add to that even repeating the checks with the knight before going into the forcing variation of taking bishop with knight was the best sequence. 8:30 queen to f6 check, king goes either e1 or g1 , then rook takes rook at c1 , queens needs to come down to defend and rook takes queen, the same plan is executed
I love your passion for the game! Here’s my two cents: Don’t get lost trying to calculate 4-5 move sequences involving checks and captures. Forget tactics, crazy strategies or openings, if you don’t blunder any pieces you will win 100% of games at your level because your opponents will blunders pieces for you.
Are you talking about Qf5 after Ne5? I'm not seeing the pawn you can pin with the queen. Edit: maybe Qf5 after Kf8? Those are pretty much the only moves that pin something with the queen.
@@geleiatorta1QG3 and then BH6, pinning g7 to the king, threatening checkmate, forces his to defend with a pawn push in front of his king or some other piece. I don’t know if it’s the best attacking idea and it might not even be as forcing idk
0:49 the only bad thing about that move i can see is that after you play c5, white takes with the pawn on d4 and after you take back the queen can go to b7. the only way to counter this i to let yourself lose a pawn, by waiting for them to take the b pawn then taking with the a pawn, whist opening up your rooks file.
I have a 1200 ELO, but every time I play another person they constantly make blunders and mistakes. So, either my ELO is wrong, or my opponents were sleep deprived.
Damn this was fun. Please make more chess commentary. Like of not so famous games (elo 200,400,800, etc) Seems like those are fun, wanna know what's on their mind.
As an ex-600 ELO player, I can assure you that we are not thinking in steps-ahead format, but rather in moves ahead. We can only focus on one or two pieces at a single time, and then calculate 2-5 moves ahead with those pieces alone. We ignore anything that isn't a part of our plan including the fact that my opponent can move as well just like your physics teacher ignores friction. It's not that we can see 2 moves ahead, it's that we can see 5% of the board at any given moment and plan 3 moves ahead with only 5% of the board in mind.
As a 1200 elo player THIS is the exact 650 elo commentary someone like myself enjoys watching for a good kick. Shit is so funny dude. Thanks for this content xD
Very good first game! Decent game plans all around, bringing queen defending mates & knight to g-file, trying to disconnect rooks (btw you could've tried Nh2+) etc. Also you could've gone straight to end game by forcing queen trade at 8:22 left, but still impressive for a 600 elo. E: subbed
There's a reason why low elo means lower skills and high elo means higher skills. Or do you think someone with 600 elo could beat someone with 2000 elo?
Elo is meant to represent your skill. When your skill goes up, your elo will go up. In a way you're right, ELO doesn't matter, if you improve your skill. But most of the time a low elo player will lose to a higher elo player.
one tip is when it starts to become endgame and you have your queen and another big pieces (bishop knight or rook) then try and look for a queen trade that favors you for example 8:45 when u could have moved your queen to c3 and then bc if he moved his king u will get his queen he has to trade and you come out with him having nothing you having a rook and tempo (who is reacting and who is attacking best and easiest is to attack a piece or put them in check) i see that alot with your endgame w/ queens alot also same exact thing with 9:26 - Val
7:00 I've been waiting for that moment, I knew it cause it happened to me so many times, calculating a line and then my folk doesn't stick to the fucking script
Chess online rating is not elo. Its a separate rating system. Pretty much anyone who knows how to move pieces and basic strategic thinking is at least around a 1000. It's just you start off with a very low rating and you have to play A F TON to increase your rating progressively, because those playing against you aren't idiots either (usually) so I guess cheer up, your rating is possibly much higher than you think
I think that too, I am 900 elo but I can easily win 1700 bots and some 1300 elo. But when I play online, I think people actually are studying too, just like me. At the analysis we both get like 1500 rating But. If you replay this game on pass to play, we get like 2300 elo, the game analysis is kinda biased
Honestly down 3 points of material in exchange for tripled pawns + doubled pawns + 3 pawn islands, a huge area of the board held by your pawns, and you're castled while he is not... totally playable. But when you're in a situation where your opponent's pawns are fubar, you probably don't want to follow that up by gobbling all of those fubar pawns, you want to attack their exposed king.
the fabrication comes from the fact that you can come up with ideas that are way above your rating but somehow fumble in calculations, which makes it look fake as shit. Still some fun videos tho.

At the end there, instead of saccing the bishop, you can also pin the pawn with the queen and then add pressure to to the pinned piece
LET’S GO
Are you talking about Qf5 after Ne5? I'm not seeing the pawn you can pin with the queen.
Edit: maybe Qf5 after Kf8? Those are pretty much the only moves that pin something with the queen.
@@geleiatorta1QG3 and then BH6, pinning g7 to the king, threatening checkmate, forces his to defend with a pawn push in front of his king or some other piece. I don’t know if it’s the best attacking idea and it might not even be as forcing idk
@@VerbDoesStuff Then he takes the bishop and defends with Re7
The accuracy is 100% lol. I’m 1200 elo and I still think like this
The ending was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 as usual 🥳
0:49 the only bad thing about that move i can see is that after you play c5, white takes with the pawn on d4 and after you take back the queen can go to b7. the only way to counter this i to let yourself lose a pawn, by waiting for them to take the b pawn then taking with the a pawn, whist opening up your rooks file.
14:45 "I initiate the sack plan" :DDD
this is so much fun i love the commentating 😭, im in the 1300s and i was practically thinking of the same ideas is that bad
You should stream the chess live wouod love to watch
600 elo spelling be like:
He's got a great personality. I think he could be a top chess channel
@@geometricart7851 that's what Im saying
You are not 600 elo. That 2nd match was brilliant .
Love the enthusiasm and excitement. ❤😂
5:56 Ultra hope chess 💀
Please keep making videos.
I watch them with my morning coffee
14:27 u like to what?
he really like sacking the bish
A part of me died inside when you offered the good bishop up for White's bad bishop.
8:31 would Queen F6 be an optimal for his plan?
It’s either mate, or you trade the knight for white’s queen
I have a 1200 ELO, but every time I play another person they constantly make blunders and mistakes. So, either my ELO is wrong, or my opponents were sleep deprived.
I’ve seen enough give him magnus
Damn this was fun. Please make more chess commentary. Like of not so famous games (elo 200,400,800, etc)
Seems like those are fun, wanna know what's on their mind.
12:41. It's called a battery. 😊 .
12:42 its called a battery
As a 1200 elo player THIS is the exact 650 elo commentary someone like myself enjoys watching for a good kick. Shit is so funny dude. Thanks for this content xD
Very good first game! Decent game plans all around, bringing queen defending mates & knight to g-file, trying to disconnect rooks (btw you could've tried Nh2+) etc.
Also you could've gone straight to end game by forcing queen trade at 8:22 left, but still impressive for a 600 elo.
E: subbed
I lowkey miss having a low elo. Chess honestly feels more fun when you're still learning in my opinion.
I’ve always found people like that told me “200 oh low elo😂😂” elo don’t mean s**t, it’s your skills that matters.
Elo literally means your chess level
There's a reason why low elo means lower skills and high elo means higher skills. Or do you think someone with 600 elo could beat someone with 2000 elo?
The fuck are you on about?
Elo is meant to represent your skill.
When your skill goes up, your elo will go up. In a way you're right, ELO doesn't matter, if you improve your skill. But most of the time a low elo player will lose to a higher elo player.
@@Perseagatuna It definitley isn't impossible for a 600 elo to beat someone with 2000 elo. It probably happened before.
I am 1900 elo and he does the exact same process of thinking I does. I’m scared
12:50 a battery
one tip is when it starts to become endgame and you have your queen and another big pieces (bishop knight or rook) then try and look for a queen trade that favors you for example 8:45 when u could have moved your queen to c3 and then bc if he moved his king u will get his queen he has to trade and you come out with him having nothing you having a rook and tempo (who is reacting and who is attacking best and easiest is to attack a piece or put them in check) i see that alot with your endgame w/ queens alot
also same exact thing with 9:26

Dude learn nimzo/kings Indian for d4, it’ll show up a lot especially when you get better so have something prepped!
Barricade, bombard? Dude went full military just in case
Its called Battery. Then two or three pieces are attacking oon the same Row or Diagonal.
7:00 I've been waiting for that moment, I knew it cause it happened to me so many times, calculating a line and then my folk doesn't stick to the fucking script
Hell yeah, what a fire 2 games bro
They actually have an original thought everyone else depends on their past experiences to guide them.
At the analysis we both get like 1500 rating
But. If you replay this game on pass to play, we get like 2300 elo, the game analysis is kinda biased
Dude... I LITERALLY HAD THE EXACT SAME GAME
Yep. Problem is, 600s don't know how to exploit positional weaknesses.
This is physically painful. This must be how GMs feel watching anyone below 2k elo.
the fabrication comes from the fact that you can come up with ideas that are way above your rating but somehow fumble in calculations, which makes it look fake as shit.
Still some fun videos tho.
This is pretty typical for some low rated players.
@@Ouvii Yeah sure, a few players but not like this, with multiple pieces and multiple moves. He's playing at 1500 with those ideas. But keep believing.
As I said, still funny.
For those wondering, the outro song is Trinity by Jeremy Blake :)
Loyal commenter 😂good content buddy
"Moving pieces back is only good when you are good at the game."
I will keep that in mind
