Born in The 'Beach', so was my mother and grandmother. Great Grandmother moved there in 1898. It's The Beach. Alliance Cinema got it right. I was on the boardwalk while you were filming. Great video.
@@MelissaDouris Born and raised here as well. Called it “the beaches” my whole life. Same with my friends. When speaking to friends that live outside of the neighborhood or even the city, when I say “the beaches” they know exactly what I’m talking about.
I used to live close to the Beaches area. Learned to play guitar in the park across from what used to be the Roastery in the 90s. Great memories in that area but I haven't been back in years. Looks like I wouldn't even recognize the place if I did :D
great ride east on MG trail (when will the Cherry bridge open?) on to beach and return on Queen going west. ps. bike Toronto downtown on weekends while the weather is still good.
What an enjoyable ride. Liked the content.
Missed the beginning of this - solid starting point ;)
Johnny is the man, he shown us how the camera are set up,
On the other side of the lake is my home. Oswego, NY area. Been to Toronto so many times. Have lots of family who live all around the city.
2:19 I cut the grass there. Very nice Toronto housing
Nice video. I have not seen the beaches neighbourhood before and the ride through was interesting.
Hello there and good morning from Montreal QC ..

Thanks for the video, i guess the handle, showing, gives more of an immersive feeling as you can relate as if one is actually riding .

Hey, Johnny
Could you please show the path you travel, on the map, at the start of the video?
Thanks again for the fabulous tour

Oh, I saw it; I fast forwarded after 15 seconds, that is where I missed it.
Thanks
@@Ornamental-Trees no worries at all, have a great day :)
Nice ebike ride. Think I prefer the view without the handlebars.
Good morning
