That is an awesome view over the lake! Nice shots on the water also. We have a pellet smoker similar to that model at the firehouse. Our biggest issue is the auger and hopper not getting cleaned out after use, and the pellets clogging up the system after sitting too long.
No issues so far and we made sure to clean it out after a couple of smokes. Works pretty well. We were able to fit 8 racks of ribs at the same time! Thanks again for watching.
