you know what would be a game changer for the first smoker company who will do this?? slide out grills! like ones that you could slide out so you can throw your meat onto but also be able to unattach for cleaning. You see them on conventional nicer wood smokers.
I’m looking to upgrade from my pitboss 1100… it was a great price and I didn’t know how much I’d love pellet grills. That being said my search keeps leading me to the timberline 1300. Is it worth the $2k price tag after you’ve had some time with it?
I like it so far. It's overall size is larger and the options with the app are really cool. With all the new racks I have a bit of a learning curve as far as what I cook in it and all the settings. I did a whole turkey for thanksgiving and it turned out awesome.
