2 weeks into a fractured ankle and this is getting me back on track to staying active whilst immobile at home. I cannot stress how important staying physically and mentally fit is, esp when I was always moving and doing sports pre-foot injury. Thank you for this video! ❤

This was perfect for needing to keep weight off one of my feet and still exercise. I’ve got very limited pilates experience but your directions gave me everything i needed to follow along without having to worry about doing the right movement. Thank you! 🙏🏾

Thanks for your comment Jo ! Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately I’m not as active on this channel anymore as I am focusing on my French channel at the moment. In the meantime, here are some other beginner videos I have done that don’t include any loading of the feet and should be fine for most foot/ankle injuries ! Some may just need slight modifications (i.e. high kneeling instead of low kneeling to avoid compression). You can find the videos I have listed below in my “Pilates for Beginners” playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLDUmBHJYe2Xs1v-9Kk351AA2pjF1HUJCL
      1. 10 minute everyday abs (September lockdown challenge day 5)
      2. 10 minute Pilates for toned arms (September lockdown challenge day 7)
      3. 12 minute core focus Pilates
      4. 15 minute gentle calming Pilates
      5. 12 minute Pilates for posture
      6. 5 minute Pilates for neck pain
      7. 8 minute Pilates arm workout
I do have some other beginner videos that are mostly foot/ankle friendly but may have a bridge series you might have to just skip for now. I hope this helps ! 😊
