No mushrooms are not a good source of quality protein. They don't contain the essential amino acids humans require. For complete protein you need either animal foods or tofu products or daily amounts of beans, nuts, seeds.

I dont knock anyones' hustle, but I would steer away from calling dishes Italian, Mexican and etc...when they are far from being authentic. Just say it's Italian inspired.
Not trying to be negative at all but I really don’t understand how you think these flavors will marry if you don’t mix them until the end of the cooking. Your recipes would probably taste so much better if you mixed them before you cooked them.
Costly to make and the finished product doesn't look good to me due to skins coming off the grape tomatoes; the sun dried tomatoes are burnt, and the sauce seems to be curdled/separated.

A ridiculous amount of garlic cloves. You didn’t really need garlic powder as well. Sundried tomatoes don’t need much cooking as they’re already cooked so no wonder they were burnt! Probably best to do a dummy run first with these recipes - after all cooking is a science !!!!
As an Italian living in Italy, I am offended by this food. Boursin is NOT an Italian cheese. Sun dried tomatoes are for some extra taste, we only put a few and at the very end of the recipe. And unfortunately your understanding of garlic as an ingredient is totally off. More isn't better. And just because it has pasta, it isn't Italian.

I would have mixed everything together in the large pot she cooked the pasta in, and bake it for no more than a half hour
