- Over 3,000 players tried to complete this mario level, but only one of them actually succeeded, so how hard could the level be? I tried the level for myself, and beat another really difficult level.

It’s insane how much levels like this show off the amount of dedication and passion the people that make these levels have for classic Mario 2D Platformers. Like they are either people who have always been into Kaizo Mario or have just been playing this game practically non-stop since release or both.

I think that changing direction and storing a triple jump like that is WAAAAAAAAY harder than the spring drop you put so much focus on right after tbh :'D
Spring drops really easy to do. Of course the level of precision needed for any given setup can vary drastically, but just doing a springdrop at all is easier than a basic shelljump imo.
My toxic trait is thinking I'm following along with the level as he's explaining it.

The fireballs are very prevalent in these levels, you have to make all of your movements based on how fast they go. They are the biggest factor in beating the level. Here's a sick skull going on my wall.

I would like to say something about the video's editing, if I may. I'm not a great fan of the quick cuts between each levels, I feel it makes the video's pacing seem too fast. For instance, the cut between the first level and the second one happened right as you touched the flag and you even began talking about the second level before you even grabbed the flag. And the cut to the second level wasn't a cut to the very start but to when the fire wall started moving. Some of your previous videos included a few seconds to settle down as the first level faded out after being cleared, and a few more seconds right before the second level is played from the very beginning. I feel those previous videos gave me some time to comprehend what was going on in the first level, before switching to the second one, while this video switches between the two levels too quickly.
So if you wouldn't mind giving us a bit more time to cool off by slowing the cuts between levels down a bit in future videos, I would appreciate that.
Other than that, I really have to say I'm impressed by your skills. The way you described the first level's final section really puts into perspective how insanely difficult it must have been.

1:10 that jump on its own can take hundreds of tries its crazy you can do that and the rest of the level first try.
These levels dont look that hard anymore after playing celeste until i remember the spikes actually DO have hitboxes here

I thought I had already seen someone play the beginning of that first level. But I didn't remember the end, so maybe it was some lucky guy who got a viewer submission or uncleared level to look at, and quickly gave up.
