I think its experimenting with different kinds of tissue papers and different methods of glueing them together. if you try it out for yourself a couple of times, you‘ll get the hang of it and understand how to get different structures and colors in your paper

after you made this tutorial my interest in origmai faded but today im back on origami and my second model is th frog because of your tutorial

Use a methyl cellulose and water mixture for your glue there are videos on RUclips that show the method
