Let me explain: What you need to do in order to turn a feature OFF: 1)write down the original value so that you can put it back if anything unwanted happens. 2)Decode what options you currently have installed on your vehicle. For example, if you have the value 5, this is 01+04, which means your car has brake pad warning and washer fluid warning. 3) If you want to remove washer fluid warning which has a value of 4, you have to take your original number, and *SUBSTRACT* 04. Our new value we must enter will be 01. That's it. PS: Most of you are probably trying to remove your seatbelt warning. In which case, you need to remove 02 off the current value. if you want to turn a feature ON, this is when you ADD the feature's value. For the initiated we are simply turning bits on and off manually by entering decimal inputs.

I will buy the module that comes under the passenger seat and also the weight sensor but i cant find the right coding for my vw jetta mk6. Do you know which is the combination to use? apart of enabling the module in canGW. thanks
right is 26+4=30 sensor active, 30-4=26 sensor deactivate. i am magor. i have deactivated pad warning light. 07= pad warning, seat belt warning, washer fluid warning , 03=pad warning, seat belt warning 16+4+3+2+1=23 jetta and all warning, 26=?????? may be 24=1 brake pad warning 25= only seat belt warning /not true/ 26=only seat belt warning /true/ 26=2 once again 24=0, 25= only brake pad warning 26=only seat belt warning, but 22=?????
as rosstech explains its the 3th and 4th numbers that matter and change option according so if i have 00xx0y4 and seat belt chime is +02, and window washer is +03 so i need to set 00*05*0y4 for my golf v sdi bdk engine there is no seatbelt sensor (idk if removed or comes without from factory) on either seat and chime doesn't work because of that.

mine it had 30 and when i added 4 it changed miles to km? didnt do the washer fluid?
