When I press the on button it doesn’t respond and acts like I’m not even touching it

Verify the outlet you are using to plug it is working. If that is not the problem, you might have to return it.

@@Easebyadilene yeah the outlet is working because the on button it lit up but nothing else is and it won’t let me hit the on button

Make sure the tray is pushed all the way. If it is not, the options or button won’t light up.
