Well, not quite. Rap is a rip-off from Homer (no, not the cartoon character in The Simpsons), the blind Greek poet who rapped in the original oral tradition BC. Like so many artistic talents, he influenced so many street poets who followed and eventually ended up lighting a fire in the Gett-O. Or so I was told by the anonymous authors at WickedPedifile.
These two played into each others' hands quite nicely. Funny as hell. Brilliant non-stop comedy. both were extremely playful. And Short was really at his best, on the top of his game, never missing a chance to ride Ice Cube. From different worlds but they collided well.
Impossibly, kinda makes Jiminy seem cool 😎 The nickname. Then of course you'd see him and he'd squeal and shove 2 jelly doughnuts into his maw, and the illusion would be shattered. Awesome nick name though. "Glick." 🤙
