Small yet so pretty, with all amenities. The bathroom, despite its tiny size , has all requisite features.The rest of the house too, meets with all ones needs and requirements. Now,that is what I will call a dream house And I must mention that the layout of the place is out of this world.

Some people get anxious thinking about living in a home as small as this, but in my case, it gives me a feeling of a cozy place where i feel safe and calm. I wish i could live in a house like this at some point in my life. Loved this house design. Good video!
I love this design. The kitchen has a lot of storage. The separate utility means you can hide the mess. A wardrobe and space to walk around both sides of the bed.
Love it! I could live here and be completely happy. Just need a wood burning stove, solar panels and a water retention/ purifier system and I’d have my perfect off the grid home. Amazing job
they dont build this houses lol, he sells the floor plans, those costs do not adjust to reality, because not only you need to pay all the taxes , land, building permits materials, house permits, plans must be aproved by your local council, etx, then you must pay all the builders to make it, plummers electricians , conexion to the grid and so on, I would say to build something like this real total cost it will be some where around 60,000 usd, depending country and area,

Wow so clean and beautiful from the outside and inside wow. This is one unique house it sure doesn’t make one think a 1 bedroom is small. The design layout makes it look big for sure.
For seating more people I would add outside seating - a nice wood deck that connects inside with outside. I also would try to let kitchen and living room be connected and use the empty space between them. You could have wood fold out table so 2 to at least 4 people can sit there, that would be more practical. The bathroom feels also a little crammed - maybe have a sliding door? So there can be a little room for storage and to spin around. The rest is perfect - large storage in kitchen and bedroom. Utility room is also neat - you could make it a little smaller, so the bathrooms a bit bigger.
It's cozy looking, quite beautiful layout, too! Excellent camera work actually allows one to get a feel for the place. Seems larger than it appears from the outside...loved it! Thanx for the great view of this beautiful space! ❤
Markets rotten to the top. this type accommodation would bring down demand, then the Federals loose control and money. They want the opposite and destroying America for it... The only crazy thing is the people allow their freedoms and lives to be controlled so much now in U.S.
@@JK-vc7ie official local and state gov websites. A lot of states actually don’t allow small homes like these because of multiple reasons. Dumb reasons in my option, I think ultimately it boils down to just wanting to keep all the poor people poor and entitled rich people rich.
@@JK-vc7ie Research zoning laws & building codes in the USA. Right now, the majority of communities in the states don't allow houses under 500 sq ft. Those that do often have restrictions. Many people have built tiny homes only to discover they're illegal in their community & must be moved. This is the biggest issue faced by those who desire to live tiny .
Love this tiny house. No stairs you need to climb to get to the bedroom which can be a hazard to some especially to the elderlies. Would love to live in one someday!

This actually pretty good! I would put the patio doors in the bedroom and a regular window in the living room. Than you could put a small sectional sofa. You can probably fit a slightly larger kitchen table.
I'm glad to see a utility room included. The only issue was the omittance of a hot water heater. That said, this utility room HAS enough room for one and that's what's important! Either a traditional hot water heater could go next to the combo machine where the shelves are, or an "on demand" hot water heater could be mounted to the wall. Either way the inclusion of a utility room is a big thumbs up!
Lovely design! So clean and luxurious, and the kitchen is huge! Personal concerns for me would be where to put the computer desk and litter boxes, but I think this could work as an ADU otherwise. I have 3 cats, so a litter box could definitely go in the utility room, with one possibly under the sink in the bathroom. Computer desk could potentially go in the kitchen, or bedroom. I could also place it in front of the sliding doors, but honestly I'd want to keep those so they could open onto a screened in patio/catio. I hope my ideas help others with similar considerations. Thanks again for this lovely design. It's definitely a contender for if I can get funding and permits for an ADU. (accessory dwelling unit).
Killer. Great kitchen, super bedroom. Love the shelter for the front door. It’s a little sterile on the outside and possibly a wee bit dark inside but very liveable The bathroom is small but everything you need is there except for a medicine cabinet. Very functional. Build this in a factory to ship to build sites and you have a gold mine. Help with building codes and specs for site prep and you could have these all over the place in a couple of years if you can manage the demand.
I use to love watching the shows where they build tiny houses and one thing I learned is that while the house itself may be affordable, you have to buy the land that the house sits on, which is expensive.

Mausoleum!? Not where I would have it built for sure: in the Andes mountains, Ecuador, with a view to the mountains and a waterfall and, the river running by close - and an iguana as a friend and pet - equals a little cave in heaven 🤗

Definitely not. I think the “idea” is what cost 11k, not the house itself. If that was the case you can put 4 together and make a 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchen home for only 44k.
A great little gem, but I might have placed the bathroom where the utility room was and make the utility room a walk-in closet with a washer/dryer. I think it would have used the space a bit better and made some more storage. But like I said, it was quite a good use of the space and had a good flow to it.
I wish there was an explanation and breakdown on costs. I find the cost of $11K hard to believe. I just put up a 24’ yurt on my property, which is just a large tent, and it cost double what you claim this costs. I will check out the plan on your Etsy, but the price seems impossible.

make it 40ft it would be 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a larger front room then add a car port. Its good as is, awsome at 40ft or 50ft
