It s a huge difference between gtx 1050 and 4070 in smoothness. 3050 is a decent card but 1%low it's not great, depending on your settings. Input lag is caused by whole pc not just gpu and cpu. It can be ssd, ram, os, etc. At first, check your ram. It should be in dual channel. Download msi afterburner and benchmark your lows. Tell me. What os u have?
