I will end up getting a super good pokémon (shadow lugia most recently) and have no idea what to do with them… how about a no nonsense guide on what to do with your pokémon. For example: metagross can be built for psychic damage if you don’t want to use an elite tm but isn’t good in pvp so it’s best to take him to lvl50. Appreciate you and your work!

There have been two videos about shadow pokemon (between the takeover event and now the Worlds), and on both there's been no love for Shadow Magnemite :( It does evolve to Shadow Magnezone, which is the 8th best electric type attacker, and it's available on 1 star shadow raids this weekend, so show some love for the little magnets! Yeah, if you want to run it for GL or UL, then wait until December to evolve to get Brutal Swing. If you just want to use it for raids, you can evolve now
Shadow Electabuzz was in 3 star raids several months ago. It isn't now, but something to lookout for. I bet you made this video before the Go Battle week, I bet many has mentioned Kirilia is in 3 star shadow raids.

I got lucky a while back and got a 14/15/15 IV shadow beldum so I'm excited to evolve it today.
Electabuzz cannot be farmed from grunts this season. Even as the second Pokémon in an electric type grunt it’s impossible to get shadow electabuzz
