    This is such a crock of narcissism- if Congress all died at once, the States and the People take over respectively- none of you are indispensable- the Constitution already takes care of continuity.

    Look at the omnibus appropriations act of 2023 division P the electoral reform and presidential transition page 743 of the bill and you will see

      @@aPrimateHerderhave you read it?it basically redefines how the electoral votes are counted and that before being opened in front of Congress and counted it goes to the president of the Senate and guess who the president of the Senate is?Kamala Harris since she is the current vice president and the vice president is the president of the Senate. Also it changes and defines the new ways objections in Congress can be made, how they are made and the timeline for the making of objections which even if somehow someone know what votes they are specifically objecting to it must be in writing at time of opening electoral votes in Congress and only if 2/3 of both houses object right then and there the objection is not valid. Also there is a clause that states the winner will be whoever is determined to be the "supposed winner" 5 days after election day no matter the vote count so there's a whole lot to look for
