This also has a parallel grammatical structure in German (hin+verb, her+verb &c).
Ah! Good to know! You speak German, too? That's nice! Between German and French, which one, do you think, has more similarity with Mandarin Chinese?
@@IHeartMandarin8 German is the closest European grammar to Chinese
particles of completion, separable verbs, nouns may be verbs and vice verse, and some parts of the sentence structure, basically what looks like an inversion to Anglophones.
French has almost nothing in commone with Chinese except
mie=麦粉
it's the only French cognate to Chinese I've seen so far. I don't think it's a loan word since in Chinese to make clear that grain is ground into flour we must use 粉 somehow, right?
mie in french is ground wheat. wheat 麦 is ble in French.
@@IHeartMandarin8 Russian may have some cognates to Chinese e.g. dyen'=天.
Russian has particles but the particle li in Russian is a question particle, might be distantly related somehow to the particle 了?
Fascinating! You must be a linguist! A professor? or at least a doctoral student? Thanks for your answers!
Ah! German!! Thank you! 🙏🏼 Yeah 粉 means ground flour. (玉米粉 corn flour; 小麦粉 whole wheat flour; 大麦粉 barley flour, etc.) haha it's interesting that French has so little similarity with Mandarin Chinese :D
So, when 走进 is followed by a location, then 来 or 去 can be omitted.
However, I believe if 来 or 去 are indeed used, they cannot appear before the location, i.e. cannot directly follow 走进.
So, 走进来厨房 would be incorrect. (I think it should be 走进厨房来, with 来 appearing at the very end.)
좋아요↖(^ω^)↗ Thanks
Thank you! 🙏🏼
Pdf please 😭😭😭

I don't know why, but even if I turn it on, it says "not eligible". So, I'm not sure why some works and some don't.
Great explanations but it’s a shame you didn’t add the pinyin to make it easier to learn
Thanks for letting me know. I will consider it next time.
Very interesting but please stop playing piano during the lesson
