  • This week Aquarius voyages across the Strait of Gibraltar. We pass where other boats have been attacked, and a few sunk by Orcas. Ken discusses the currents in the Strait, gives you the reason currents are always (East) into the Med through the Strait.
We also discuss our Orca plan, and then sail over to Morocco.
Hope you enjoy this weeks video! Cheers
And thanks so much for watching 🙏

Hi, These days, I advise you to visit the beaches of central Morocco, such as Agadir. I live here and the weather these days is pleasant, the sun is beautiful, and the weather here is nicer than in northern Morocco. I wish you an enjoyable trip.

Ken, Why aren’t you wearing your Red Bedouin Scarf (The keffiyeh) that you bought in Jordan? Maybe not appropriate for foreigners in Morocco?
Besides being warm, I think it looks very appropriate for your environment!

Did you feel safe in Morocco? There are mixed thoughts about Morocco so I was wondering how you felt There. Cheers, great video.

Yes, we felt totally safe in Tangier, but have no idea about the rest of Morocco. It's a tough time with the current political situation, and we were thinking of skipping Morocco. Glad we stopped by, it was a short visit, but well worth it!

@@SailingAquariusWith the exception of some scammers in tourist places, such as some taxi drivers and some sellers of traditional products... Morocco is a safe country, the sun is beautiful, the prices are better than Europe, and the people in the popular areas and villages are most generous and kind.

Which mixed thoughts? Nothing would happen to you in Morocco. People demonstrated peacefully in big cities but that was it, most people here are discounted from the rest of middle east.

All my friends have been buying firecrackers in Spain for three years now. so far everything was going well. but it’s better to have them than to be saved on a raft later)
