This build is a Modern Industrial Villa that cost around 750K to build. On the first floor, the villa has a large swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen / grill area, an outdoor dining area, a large pool deck, direct access to a formal dining room and a large open kitchen, a large driveway, a three car garage, a wine tasting area, a gym, and office, a tennis court, two living rooms, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. The second floor has a helipad, a covered fireplace and seating area, a sauna, a large foyer, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large balcony that wraps around the villa, providing 360 degree views of the surrounding landscape.
This build was started on the 6th of July, 2022. The estimated time to complete this build is around 9 Hrs.

Hello everyone,
Many of you have been asking for a speedbuild and I would like to clarify something. There will be a speedbuild but it will take a while as I didn’t build the house in one go. There are about eight videos and it takes a while for them to be processed as they are quite long. Additionally, I started using a different way of editing videos, and I am still quite new to it. It’s a house that I built without a speedbuild because it was a fun personal project for me. It costs around 1.4 million. I finished building it in June last year but never had the time to post it.

It did take quite a while to build, and my game kept on crashing. So yeah, I did lose patience with the WiFi and the build. It was kind of stressful.
