As I said in your other comment, if you watched the first part of the speedbuild you would know that there is no exterior speedbuild as this build was originally not intended for RUclips, so I didn’t record myself building the exterior. However, it isn’t too difficult to follow the floor plan and I’m hoping you can come up with a similar exterior design on your own. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately there is no exterior speedbuild, which I explained in the first video. You could try follow the floor plan, it isn’t too complicated. As for the roof, you can just use basic shapes with the transform tool, or you could use structurals. I will make a speedbuild on how to build a custom roof soon so this will hopefully help you.

Unfortunately this house doesn’t have an exterior speedbuild but I will be posting a very similar video soon. The construction of the house uses the same techniques as this house, so you will be able to easily recreate this exterior. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sure. The lighting I used is “flint”, and the white for the exterior is “light stone grey”. The browns that I used are either “pine cone” or “dark taupe” and the greens are “slime green” and (again) “flint”. I’m glad you like the build :)
