Σωστός ο Ακης. Έτσι την κάνω και εγώ αλλά φτιάχνω το ζωμό ξεχωριστά με λευκό κρασί, γαριδες/κοκκινοψαρα, κρεμμύδι, σέλερι, ντομάτα, καρότο, πιπεριά, τσίλι, σκόρδο και σαφράν. Είναι αμαρτία να ρίξουμε κύβο κοτας σε τόσο εκλεπτυσμένο φαγητό. Ειμαι σιγουρος ότι έτσι θα το έκανε και ο Ακης, αλλά απλοποιεί τα φαγητά για να γίνουν ποιο εύκολα για ολους. Μπράβο στον Ακή που δεν έκανε το λάθος που κάνουν 95% των εστιατορίων που ρίχνουν πελτέ, μπαχάρι και κανέλα και σκοτώνουν τα αρώματα της θάλασσας με αρώματα ...κοκκινιστός

you hate it .. if is cheese on fish... seafood with tomato sauce doesnt really mater... if is feta cheese actually is a MUST with seafood
