The left side of Vice City is basically downtown if u compare to Miami. Vice Beach is its own section. Nice video tho I am excited to play this map 😍
Those aren't roads on that island they are seawalls, usually made out of Rock or sand and dirt etc to direct ships
It basically shows what route container ships should go to enter the port
7:58 I'm guessing that Fisher Island is going to be heavily secured. Maybe sharpshooters and stuff because in real life, you can't get on there. I've been there before, but only with authorization because I'm a roofer. I work a lot in Little Havana, and I'm really hoping that they show some scenes from there

To answer your question about the “roads” stretching out into the ocean by the port, large cargo ship traffic displaces a lot of water, those are most likely key walls to recently turbulent water from ships passing from hitting the beach right there
4:58 The new Mount Sinai Hospital is in that location. The hospital itself looks like a beautiful apartment building or hotel. I don't blame rockstar for picking this, because it is really iconic from the I-95 or the beach
After i finish grand theft auto 6 on both the xbox series X and ps5, i will be exploring the game inside and out

I think we should have another el rubio dlc if we can buy the islands and work with him
Those rodes in fisher island and Miami Beach are a line of rocks. These are next to each other to simulate a river-like structure or canal for cruise ships and cargo ships to make their way out
First thing I’m doing in the game is going to the Gator Keys and killing all the 🐊.

from the trailer we've had, I dont understand how they know a golf club will be there, or a hostpital there....is it just guessing from the real life locations?

Don’t think it has anything to do with the trailers tbh, sure there was an inventory leak and a bunch of golf clubs contained in it. Also Vice City had one originally so it’s a safe bet.

While this map appears significantly larger than gta v....this is FLAT. No mountains....so it may not have a huge drivable land mass advantage as 1st appearance.
I was wandering too if there any mountains around, mountains roads are so cool
