I’m inclined to agree about the timing chain,we used to use single pitch chains chains years ago and they were knackered after about 45,000 miles but today run in oil constantly where they were only drip fed but again they were only operating 8valves against 16 today. As usual this is just Penny Pinching on behalf of the manufacturers but they will get their fingers severely burnt if these chains snap during the warranty period but that doesn’t help buyers after that warranty is up.
Can you expline why..? My Renault Talisman 2017 1.6dci 160hk 10.000 miles. It took 5 liters of oil betwin 7000 miles service and 10.000 miles so needed to refuel the oil 5 Times betwin service. 1 liter at a time on 3000miles..😡

Buy Laguna 3 ;-) You will probably change it as a preventive step around 300 000 km.
my renault talisman with the same engine is over 220.000 km, till without any problem, timing chain isnt also replaced.

Los diésel de renault son buenisimos, pero este combustible tiene poco futuro. Yo miraría mejor los de gasolina.
At what RPM the seconda turbo is starting working?
It is always working. There is no ON/OFF setting for it. It always spins and always has a certain contribution.
